  • A: Just bought this yesterday and did not have a product information paper in either cup, was not on packaging and I went to the website via QR code and product isn’t even available anymore.   • A: Hello, please note, NONE of the Munchkin cups are intended to be microwaved, as this could present a burn hazard with the liquid and your little one. The Click Lock Bite Proof Sippy Cup is also not intended to be used with hot liquids. We also recommend against boiling/steam sterilizing.

    Great option for babies

    I’ve tried several cups while transitioning my baby from the bottle, and the Munchkin Click Lock Sippy Cup was the only one he actually liked and accepted right away. It’s been a game changer for us, it’s easy for him to hold, simple to use, and it doesn’t leak when properly locked.

    Leak Everywhere

    Had high hopes for these but was very disappointed. After 2 weeks of being used 2-3 days each week they have started leaking. Not just drops either, if they are held upside down the cup will be empty in seconds.

    These worked ok for a while but we're definitely not leak proof and became unsafe after a couple of months... there was tearing at the spout and we had to cut the spouts off - can only use them for my older child now.

    Really enjoyed the old sippy cups and purchsed about 6 to replace my old one. These do not click shut the entire way. They leak all the time from the side and the top. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

    NOT SPILL PROOF

    These are NOT spill proof by any standards. I am constantly cleaning up spills from the spout. I make sure the spout insert is laying flat in the top so I’m really not sure of the issue. Since there were no product info included with either packs I can only guess as to what could be wrong with this product. I bought 2 packs about a month ago and I asap searching for a better quality product cuz mopping small spills just is a waste of time and my patience.

    Not Leak Proof.

    I was hopeful that these were ACTUALLY leakproof we got home and hand washed them and went to use them to our disbelief they were certainly NOT leak proof in fact they leak so bad we will not be using them anymore.
