The thickness is great and you don't need much, I even dilute it with a little bit of water and that works well and also helps thin it a bit and it felt softer from that. My hair definitely feels soft and moisturized after and is left with a shine after as well. Overall, I don’t have an issue with the product maybe itself, but the packaging is the most prominent issue. It is impossible to open up quite literally. I cannot figure out how to get rid of the tab. As for the conditioner itself I mean, it does all right job, but it is very expensive for the price.

First of all, it turns my hair into sleek, soft, goodness. But also, and arguably more importantly, it leaves my hair smelling good all day long, and maybe even longer than one day. It seems to give my hair better volume, which makes it easier to style and therefore looks better. It rinses out easy as well, no more multiple rinses just to make sure the product gets all the way out of my hair! This is a great conditioner!
