Muscle mass
My muscle mass seems to be improving since I started taking Complete Protein. I am a senior and was concerned about the thinning of the legs and thigh area.

the complete protein
i was pleasantly surprised. It contains all 9 essential amino acids, making it a complete protein source. I also appreciate that it’s not high in calories or carbs, and being lactose-free means no bloating or stomach discomfort after using it.

SHAKER CUP - A HIT!
I love the size of the cup - easily and comfortably carried and the opening is large enough that I am not wasting some protein power because the opening is too small to accommodate a full serving of the powder as happens with many water bottles. I found that using more fluid that just 8 ounces was helpful in assisting the blending process when shaking the bottle in order to mix the contents.
