I tried these Gruns gummies because I really like the green box ones and use them daily. These are an additional enhancement. They do taste like lemon clouds and help with focus. I’ve been trying numerous supplements to improve memory, sleep , energy levels. They either had derogatory effects or just didn’t work. These are the first that worked and NO CAFFEINE OR SUGAR ! Even my family is thankful I found these!
I was recently diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Trying to regulate medication and moods and everything else was and at time still is a struggle. What I love about these...I forgot to take them one day and my mood was horrible. It was up and down and all over the place. I even took it out unfairly on my family.
