A Great, Healthy Energy Bar
These bars are available in several flavors. My favorite is the raspberry. My 10-year-old grandaughter likes the blueberry ones. I usually get one box of each. They are a great snack -- a fig and fruit mix-- with a whole wheat crust. I like to carry a couple of them when I go on hikes or bike rides. Definitely worth a try.
