Tons of sugar
These bars are 28g each and have 10 grams of sugar, 7 of them from cane sugar. That makes them more than a third sugar overall and a quarter of the bar is straight up cane sugar, which is the second ingredient! This is marketed as "healthy" with fruit all over the box, but in reality it's basically just a candy bar with deceptive marketing. Not having corn syrup in your product doesn't make it healthy when you've got cane sugar, brown rice syrup, and more cane sugar all adding sugar.

One square instead of two...not mini size
These are the same thing as the normal box, just packaged as one square versus 2. A little bigger than a fig newton. I really like these which is why I wanted to try this size, but I initially thought they were “mini,” like as in the size of a quarter or something and multiple small bites in a pack. So I was a bit disappointed that the food was the same size as usual. I’ll eat this size when I want a lower calorie snack.

Good, but get the regular box
These are good, but don’t bother with the “mini” boxes. It’s one square where as the regular box is two squares per wrapper (but they’re the same size). You get a lot more for the $ in the regular box.
