Q: why in the world did hasbro decide to put the targeting laser in a place where you cant shoot and activate the laser at the same time?

My son has this gun and he really enjoys playing with it. It s a basic model which shoots one bullet at a time but an ideal first gun. Easy to reload and shoot, quite powerful however so not great for close range shooting.

We got this nerf gun for our kids. It was a good price and thought we would try out a small nerf gun to see if they enjoyed playing with them. This thing works great and shoots FAR. We like to set up targets for them to see who can get the closest. It’s brought great entertainment for our kids.

The Volt Sd-1 is an okay backup. It's a little bit large for a single shot blaster and the laser sight is pretty useless as an actual aiming aid. However both of my kids love this one and have had a great time sneaking around the house in the dark with it.

Picked these up for my 5 and 7 year old even though I was worried the smaller size might make them seem less exciting - turns out they’re actually a huge hit! They shoot far and accurately, are easy to operate… and the laser feature especially makes it so fun! The kids love them! Even my 2 year old daughter likes walking around pointing the laser at stuff. Turn down the lights at night and enjoy a good nerf war!

Picked up several different Nerf guns for the kids and husband. This one was for my 10 year old daughter. We did have to put two batteries in it, I think AAA. You have to slide the front trigger up or down to turn on and off. Even I like using the red target site. They are fun for the whole family.

I don’t understand how this gun has any good reviews. I would assume the reviews were written before the guns broke. This is our second gun we have purchased and each time the inside just completely stops shooting the dart. The first gun lasted a few months but the most recent one lasted a few days. Terrible- buy another brand.
