    Horrible decision to change the orignal sheer shimmer to the new. The new is Not even close to original. I see many others feel the same.

    Bring back the ORIGINAL formula and SHADES

    I’ve used this product since it first launched, years ago in the black tube. There was nothing better on the market. The reformulation in the natural tube is highly inferior. The shades are off. My go to was Soft Caramel, the new shade needs some work to bring it closer to the original. Get these back in the lab with a chemist that knows how to color match,

    New formula

    I loved this product and have been using it for … hmm… 20+ years. I like the new packaging but the new formula has a raspberry flavor and i hate Raspberries! And it somehow makes other foods taste wrong. I’m so disappointed and will have to find a new product!

    Yucky revision

    For those who may have used this lip balm before, be aware that the new version tastes awful. It is like eating sunscreen lotion. They changed the sun protection ingredients (see photo: black is older version). I have loved Neutrogena in the past, but this product is going in the trash.

    this once 5-star product now disappoints. I’ve been wearing this lip balm daily for 20 years. You changed something and now it has a nasty taste and sticky feel and actually makes my lips chap. I love the plum tint and spf, as i am very active outdoors in a RELENTLESSLY sunny clime. Please bring the old formula back

    Terrible product change

    I’ve Used this product for many, many years. My recent purchase was the new, pink tube. It is terrible! My rating is actually Zero stars! The color is not the same and the TASTE IS absolutely horrible. Was the ingredient change meant as an improvement? Please change it back…it is NOT better! I will not be PURCHASing this product as is. So disappointed in Neutrogena.

    Hate the new product

    For about 15 years I have been using the revitalizing lip balm in the black tube, unscented. The new packaging has lip balm that seems thicker and has a sweet smell like Mary or whatever. I hate it. I liked the light consistency of the old stuff that was in the black tube and had no odor. If you like something that is thicker and has a sweet smell then you may like this.

    this product has been my go to for years, i especially love the fresh plum tint- however they changed the original formula when they changed the packaging. the previous black packaging was the better formula. The new version has a really terrible spf taste that lingers in your mouth all day. it's seriously disgusting and it's impossible to not get the taste in your mouth. can't be healthy! please bring back the old formula!!

    intolerable taste

    the old formula was great. I did not have any adverse reactions and it was the only spf formula for my lips i could use. this new formula tastes soooo awful I can't use it. UNFORTUNATELY, i didn't know the formula changed and i bought 2 sticks i can't use. I threw away the one i opened and still have the unopened one, but i don't know why i'm holding on to it, i wouldn't recommend it to anyone - friend or foe. please fix this taste problem!

    This, in the soft carmel, has been my go to lip balm for 10 years. I recently purchased the new pink packaging and they changed the formula. It used to have a soft sweet smell, and now it is a DIFFERENT tint and leaves an awful taste in my mouth. I will not be buying anymore. So sad. Please bring back old form.

    Very Disappointed

    For years, the Caramel color was my go to for everything. Loved the color and how well it stayed on my lips. I am SO, So disappointed the formula and the color are gone. I'm going to have to see if I can find another product. This new formula tastes awful and does not soften my lips at all.
