It wasn't effective as it left my hair greasy after one use. Doesn't smell nice either. I wouldn't say great value for money but it would be for the right person.

So first I wet my ends and use the conditioner, leave it in for around 30 minutes before washing my scalp with shampoo, then I rinse everything out. Finally I go back in with the conditioner. This leaves my hair smelling fresh and feeling soft and noticeably fuller.

I would never use hair conditioner even near my scalp; I would end up with an oily scalp and greasy hair that looks awful. This product is completely different; it makes my hair look good, soft, and shiny, and my scalp feels hydrated. I do suffer from dandruff and my scalp is oily most of the time, so this is a really big surprise for me to find a product that helps me control all of that. I feel like my hair is in better condition while I'm using this conditioner and shampoo from the same line.

Usually I’m not keen on any hair or body products with a minty aroma but I was pleasantly surprised with this and I also found very little is needed to make my hair feel nourished and tangle free. With this conditioner, you also apply it to your scalp. It has a fresh minty, eucalyptus scent which is beautiful. It leaves my hair feeling extremely soft and shiny. I've gone from washing my hair every day to only washing it 2 to 3 times a week as it doesn't seem dirty or greasy. This bottle is expensive but a little goes a long way and I can easily see this lasting a whole year.

I’ve been using Nioxin for years. I can always tell when I stop using it because my hair starts falling out again. When I first started using it I would fill the drain strainer full of hair. Within a couple months the strainer would have almost no hair. I will never stop using Nioxin.
