It was easy to dispense the conditioner, and I did not feel like there was buildup, which can happen pretty easily from conditioner. My hair definitely felt stronger and more durable which is what I need.

Texture light
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this conditioner after the shampoo from the same line. It’s texture is light, not too thick, and easy to apply. Most conditioners say not to apply them the scalp, but this one is different it’s recommended to apply it from the scalp to the ends. It easily and doesn’t leave any residue or greasy.

Has DRYING Isopropyl Alcohol
I found this conditioner to be quite ineffective. My hair is super dry and frizzy after using it. I don't know how I missed the listing of Isopropyl Alcohol in the ingredient listing, but I am attributing the lackluster results I get with this conditioner to that VERY ingredient. My hair is better WITHOUT this conditioner.

Not sure about the age defense part as I still see new white hairs coming in. Overall a normal conditioner, nothing special.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nioxin Age Defense Conditioner is one of my favorite products from Nioxin’s new line. I have had great hair growth results from using this conditioner. My hat was breaking off all this time and I haven’t noticed any breakage lately. My hair isn’t tangled all the time and I do not have to bush it as often. My hair lays flat straight no flyaways and my hair looks healthy. This conditioner has truly hydrated my hair and helped change the texture of my hair for the better. The smell of this conditioner is absolutely amazing. If they sold the smell as a fragrance, I would definitely buy it in a heartbeat. This conditioner smells clean and fresh almost like a high-end luxury brand smell. I smell my hair all day long after I wash it because I love the smell of this product that much. If you have not tried this product, I highly recommend you do.
