Nioxin System 3 Conditioner - 10.1oz - Beauty Studio

I found this conditioner to be quite ineffective. My hair is super dry and frizzy after using it. I don't know how I missed the listing of Isopropyl Alcohol in the ingredient listing, but I am attributing the lackluster results I get with this conditioner to that VERY ingredient. My hair is better WITHOUT this conditioner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this conditioner. It’s creamy but lightweight on hair. It has a minty scent but it’s not too overpowering. It gives a cooling effect to scalp so it’s lovely when using during hot summer days. This one bottle has lasted me a few months. Leaves my hair feeling so silky smooth and shiny.

The packaging is simple but you don't need fancy packaging. Not sure I would pay the price for the system myself. I feel I need longer to actually determine whether or not that it actually works. Time given isn't enough time especially with longer hair. I absolutely love the peppermint scent it leaves in your hair. And I love how the conditioner leaves your head tingling as soon as you go to wash the conditioner off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely minty scent as per this system. It really makes your hair feel fresh clean. It comes in a giant 1L size which will last ages and see through the hair thickening. It has panthenol which adds hydration. It is perfect for coloured hair as my dyed hair has not faded from using this system. After a few weeks of use, my hair feels thicker and I can’t wait to see the final result.

The conditioner comes in a 1-liter (33.8 oz) bottle, with the same simple and sturdy packaging as the shampoo from Nioxin. It has a lightweight texture that spreads easily through the hair, even though mine is short. I like that it’s not greasy or heavy, which is important for thinning hair that can be easily weighed down. The formula includes panthenol (pro-vitamin B5), which adds hydration, along with niacinamide, which is known to strengthen hair and improve scalp health. After rinsing, my hair feels softer and smoother, and it’s easier to style, even with the dryness I naturally have. It doesn’t completely eliminate dryness, but it definitely balances out the shampoo so my hair doesn’t feel stripped. The scent is subtle and fresh, and I appreciate that it rinses clean without leaving a coating behind. I wouldn’t say this is a deeply hydrating conditioner, but it does enough to keep my hair feeling healthy and manageable while maintaining some natural volume.

I quite like the smell of it too. It’s minty and refreshing. I have noticed it may be very slightly drying on the scalp, however that could just be my scalp adjusting to a new product.

It has the signature minty scent, which again gives a fresh boost, and does a fantastic job of conditioning my hair after the shampoo has given it a fresh cleanse. My hair does appear healthier and stronger, giving it a fuller appearance, and I will likely continue to use this Nioxin system.

First use - fragrance put me off, minty, quite chemical, reminded me of washing up liquid. But I didn't give up, proceeded with wash and even after one wash i was pleasantly surprised. My dry, tangly, bleached hair turned to soft, easy to comb one! With every use it was just better. My hairdresser was quite sceptical about amount of essential oils inside when I told her about product (she was surprised she can brush my hair) saying it might make them heavy and oily but nothing like that has happened! Still washing my hair every 3 days. Some improvement with falling hair as well, im sure it will become even better. One bottle will easily last good few months as product is incredibly thick and small amount goes a long way. Combo of shampoo, conditioner and scalp treatment just gives amazing results!
