The keyboard automatically turns on once batteries are inserted and will enter a low-power "sleep" mode after a period of inactivity to conserve power. To fully power off the keyboard, you must remove one of the batteries. This is the only way to ensure it doesn't drain the battery when not in use for an extended period. This keyboard is super easy to set up and use. The color is a deep plum and beautiful. It is easy to type on and comfortable. I have enjoyed using it with my laptop and even my kids steal it from me on a regular basis to use. I especially like it when I'm using my walking pad and standing desk as it is muxh easier to move around as needed than moving my whole computer screen.

This compact wireless keyboard worked well and was easy to set up. After plugging in the USB port, I was able to type directly onto my desktop screen from my beautiful purple keyboard. It’s great to be able to move around and not be limited by cords and wires. Would only suggest to find your comfort level for typing because this keyboard is smaller than standard desktop keyboards and hand placement was slightly difficult to get used to. The keys were soft and comfortable to use.

This compact keyboard works great! It connects easily to my laptop and is lightweight enough to carry around the office with no hassle. After being idle, just tap any key to wake it up and start typing again—super convenient. Just a heads-up: it doesn’t include a separate number pad, so if that’s a must-have for you, this might not be the right fit.

It does the job. My daughter wanted a keyboard to use with her tablet. This is a good size and the color is nice. Its easy to type on it and does not move when using it. The batteries seem to last a good amount.

Really like the look and feel of this wireless keyboard. Plum color is appealing but the look of the keys themselves is even better. Each key has a diagonal line going from top right to bottom left which is a little lower than the rest of the key. This feature makes it easier to place your fingers on the correct keys when typing 🙌

Alright, let me tell you about this keyboard. So, you know, I've been working with my hands my whole life. Got my trade school education, learned how to build things, fix things, make 'em work right. And let me tell you, when it comes to tools, whether it's for the shop or for the computer, I like things that are no-nonsense, do the job, and don't get in the way. This NORTH compact wireless keyboard, it looks pretty solid for what it is. First thing I notice is that color – it's like a deep, kinda plum, almost like the paint on a lowrider, you know? Not too flashy, but it's got a little style to it. Not your typical boring black or white, which is a nice change. It says "Compact Wireless," and that's exactly what I'm looking for sometimes. When I'm in the office, or even just kicking back at home trying to sort out some invoices, I don't want a huge keyboard taking up all the space. And wireless? Absolutely. No extra cables getting tangled up, making things messy. Now, those "Square Low Profile Keys" – that's something you gotta try out. On one hand, it looks clean, real sleek. And "low profile" usually means it's not gonna make a whole lot of noise when you're typing, which is good. Nobody wants to hear you clack-clack-clacking away. But sometimes, those flat keys can feel a little different if you're used to the older, curvier ones. You gotta see if your fingers find their rhythm on 'em. For quick emails or jumping between software, it's probably fine. If you're writing a novel, maybe not, but that's not what this is for. This looks like it's built to get the job done without any fuss. You plug in the little wireless thing, it connects, and you're typing. That's how I like my tools – simple, reliable, and they work. It's not fancy, but it's got that straightforward, practical feel to it, and that's something I can appreciate. Just gotta see how it feels under the fingers, you know?

This North Compact Square Key Wireless Keyboard - Plum is very compact. It also feels pretty light weight and maybe a bit more fragile than any of my previous wireless keyboards. It runs on a single AAA battery, and the usb reciever has a storage spot by the battery.

Love the color of this keyboard! Inserted a battery, pluggged in the included usb and connectivity was a breeze! Just as the box states, it is a quiet keyboard, so no annoying constant clicking sounds. The slim design makes for less wrist/hand strain.

So it’s a standard wireless keyboard but with a little more design forward look than most. Blends well with the right decor especially for a computer tied to a great room tv. I haven’t noticed any quirks with operation yet and like that it fits into furnished spaces better than a larger more traditionally design keyboard would

You definitely get what you pay for. The keyboard works fine, but it’s a little “cheap” feeling. The battery compartment isn’t super sturdy. It connects via Bluetooth OR a USB connector. That’s nice because I can pair it to my AppleTV for typing. Or even my iPad if I want. There is no On/Off switch and the instructions that comes with our very very limited. It just explains how to connect to a device. You can pair it to two separate devices, but I don’t know if it just powers off after five minutes of inactivity or if the battery is just gonna continually drain. It also has some minor connectivity issues. Every time I wanted to use it, I had to go back into Bluetooth settings on my device to make sure that it was indeed connected. It’s a fine keyboard, but if you’re really into technology, there are much better options out there.

Light, compact keyboard tray - pairs quick easy to my laptop and works great. I paired it easily with the North wireless mouse that worked seamless with a single bluetooth connector- so easy! The only draw-back would be that the keys are loud when typing, and no feet in the back of the keyboard to lift, but for a quick and easy keyboard it is great! fun color too!

Lightweight Plastic, Plum Color, Compact Easy To Carry. The one thing that stands out is Characters on the Keyboard are Dark in Color so it’s difficult to see unless you’re in a Very Well Lit Room, otherwise you can’t see the letters, numbers or characters. Easy to use, plug receiver into device, it’s Wireless and should have Bluetooth capabilities .

Nice compact, low profile wireless keyboard. I just wish it had adjustable feet to tilt the top of the keyboard just a bit. With it being low profile it's very easy to travel with in your laptop bag. Also, quiet keys when typing. Cute color too.

Love the color! It's lightweight, portable, and has rubber stops on the bottom to keep it from moving. The keys are really deep and have a nice touch. They make noise, which I personally like, but if you prefer a soft touch, these are not it. Very cute and functional.

This a great size especially to travel with if you want an external keyboard and want it to be cute as well. Easy to use and easy to pack, my only complaint is that there is no number keys on the side, but that keeps it smaller.
