Not as described

Awful quality. Fell apart as I was carefully removing it from its box. Parts were not glued down, and it fell apart. There’s also no hook on the back. The manufacturer’s sticker was also not all there, and looked like someone tried to peel it off? I’m guessing this was a retuned item that was then sold to me? Target, shame on you.
