Oikos Pro Greek Yogurt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love healthy low-fat low-cal high-protein options when I can find them, so I was excited to try Oikos PRO Yogurt 20% Protein (Strawberry). Upon opening, about 1/3 of the yogurt is a thick near-solid and 2/3 is a watery liquid (Photo 1). I was grateful that they leave enough room in the container so you can add toppings, because you need a lot of room to seriously stir this yogurt to combine the ingredients. It took a while and, no matter how careful I was, the liquid splattered outside the cup (Photo 2). Once combined, though, the yogurt is extremely thick and rich … (Photo 3) it literally sticks to the spoon when held sideways! Personally I didn’t like having to spend that much time mixing the super thick + very watery ingredients together: it was a bit messy, and the yogurt was just too thick for my liking — even fast running water took a while to dissolve this thick yogurt when I rinsed the cup for recycling (Photo 4). Additionally, I don’t consume Whey as it upsets my stomach and I dislike the bitterness of Stevia … unfortunately this yogurt contains both (Photo 5). I never tasted Strawberry, only the bitter taste of Stevia. So while I loved the idea of this low-fat low-cal high-protein option, I was not a fan of its stiff thickness and bitter taste.

Out of all of the Oikos flavors, I think the peach is my favorite. This is an excellent breakfast that I eat multiple times per week, and starts my day off right with lots of protein while still being low cal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love yogurt and this was good but it’s kind of bitter. Strawberry is not strong but you know the flavor. It’s good but just very bitter on an after note like plain Greek yogurt. Not bad at all. Definitely would be good for overnight oats.

Best of all, it has 20g of protein which is amazing! The single serve cup size also makes it easy to pack with lunch or take to work for a quick snack.

Love this yogurt! Great alternative for a snack filled with protein. Doesn’t taste chalky and great base for adding fruit on top or other toppings!

Love the product, but for the past month or more, it ha has quite a bit of water on top when you first open. Taste is fine it just makes me wonder why all this water is on top seems like it's not mixed well when it ships. Or do they add water to make the weight come out correct?

Oikos PRO Strawberry has become a daily part of my breakfast routine, and I absolutely love it. It’s super tasty, packed with protein, and keeps me full and energized throughout the morning. The strawberry flavor is refreshing without being overly sweet, making it a perfect balance of healthy and delicious. Definitely a great addition to starting the day right!

Why does the price keep going up on this almost every other week?!!!!

This is the first time I'm seeing this but their is mold in a cup I just opened. I personally love this yogurt but I don't want to get sick. The packaging was usual with no cuts or dents and kept in the fridge. but nothing unusual except for it being very chunky and HAVING A CHUNK OF MOLD ON THE INSIDE.

This is a delicious, energetic breakfast, with a delicious Perry flavor. Its texture is thick, yet rich and filling. I love the ingredients, the perfect packaging, and the price, to say the least.

When I use to live in the US. We would buy the whole box of Oikos Pro. It is easy, has amazing nutrients, and me and my boyfriend love the flavor and texture. Does not matter if it is for breakfast or for an after practice Oikos was always on are daily.

These taste good and have a nice thick consistency. I have one either for lunch or after dinner. If I’m doing a road trip, I bring one of these and put 1/2 an individual pack of brownie batter protein powder in it and it makes it super protein packed and perfect to start the trip! Staple for a high protein diet!
