While you could technically put it in a washing machine, it is not recommended by the manufacturer. Because this band is made of polyester with an internal elastic and metal connectors, a standard wash cycle can be a bit too aggressive.

I purchased the black and white plaid, I received black and white checkered pattern. The black and white plaid imagery looks like flannel material and the black and white checkered was a plain cotton material, not what I wanted. I am disappointed I didn’t receive what I ordered. As for the scrunchie watch band itself; it is ok. I bought the XS, it was loose and I will not wear it as much as I intended.
Its nice quality and comfortable to wear all day. I like the colors. They are vibrant and it fits securely on my Apple Watch 3. It is cute for summer and fits nicely and isn’t too tight or loose and is comfortable to wear all day.

Item is not same as picture
The item is a good quality but the item I received looks nothing like this picture. I am VERY disappointed with the item depicted and the item I received. It's still cute and comfortable but not same design.
