I take it around dinner time and I feel like it lasts a while. The taste is good, they’re just a nice little gummy you can chew really fast. I’ve noticed it helps with acid reflux as well.

I like that it is only 2 gummies and they taste like berries. It has simple, natural ingredients that are focused on digestion and heartburn relief. I feel like this is a great product for a good price. I would likely buy a bigger quantity if that were an option so it could last 30 or even 60 days.

I haven’t actually had heartburn while having these in possession, but I have taken them prior to foods that typically make my heart burn, and I never experienced the pain. So…I’m not sure if they’re supposed to be used that way, but they did seem to prevent! The packaging is nice because the big lid makes it distinct from regular candy, it shows they’re medicine. The smell is nice, when you open the jar it’s not overpowering or weirdly medicinal, just smells like the flavor.

I like that you only need to take 2 gummies that are a great texture and taste, rather than other chalkier tasting options. It kicked in with relief relatively quickly so that I was able to get comfortable and relax. You also get several of them in a container, so they will last long if you only need them sporadically. I would definitely recommend these!

They do not have synthetic colors and are gluten-free on occasion use the kids sleep melatonin I like that it is a low does and has trusted ingredients. The botanical extracts include chamomile. Passionflower and lemon balm, which promote a peaceful slumber for your little ones or yourself for that matter. Because we loved the sleep gummies so much, we tried the Heartburn helper. I was feeling off at a family meal, my stomach was in knots so I took one of these and my stomach ache was gone so quickly! My mom asked what they were and asked if she could try one as she gets pretty severe heartburn after meals, and she said it helped significantly. The heartburn helper, much like the sleep gummies, is free of synthetic colors, gluten-free and pregnancy friendly...what?! Where were these 13 years ago, I should add that it does not have the chalk flavor or texture much like other brands. It has a slight tart berry and citrus flavor, which is great!. Uses include: heartburn, upset stomach, and acid indigestion.

I tend to eat too late at night because I work late and get home late for dinner. I started to include these in the nights I eat dinner late and have noticed an improvement. The bottle is pretty nice, as well because it has a locking lid, making it "childproof". I recommend this product, for heartburn relief.
