Issue with incorrect size being shipped seems to be resolved

I was hesitant to order the charging case based on reviews and the fact that I’d have to go to the store in order to return if the wrong size was sent. I planned on buying directly from the Oura site as some suggested but I refused to pay an additional $15 for shipping. Target also had a cartwheel 10% offer. I can confirm I just received the ring and the size was correct (not size 10)

Target sent wrong item - wont accept it back.

I’ve no idea what this item is like - I was sent the wrong size by Target but the item is marked as unreturnable. I ordered both the ring and the charging case from Target … go the right sized ring 11 and then sent me a 10 charging case. Mistakes happen but there no way to return it. Brutally poor customer service from Target.

Save yourself time and effort

I too ordered a size 6 twice, and both times a size 10 was sent. Save yourself time and money and order directly from oura. I wasted 3 weeks waiting for this to ship both times and time having to go instores are return it only to have them confused because the size was wrong (ME TOO BUDDY)
