Felt and elastic
It is a felt flower and fits on my larger dogs collar and on my cats collar. It just slides on and is elastic. It definitely will last longer on an indoor pet than and outside one. Because of the side it may be too big for some cats or smaller dogs in my opinion. But it is cute if you are looking to dress up your animal a bit!

Cute, not durable
This charm is cute, but not durable enough for our lab! The colors are vibrant, the size was just right, but it unfortunately fell apart after a round of chase with our shepherd. The felt and glue were no match for our fur baby.

Cute collar decor
This is a pretty cute item for dressing up your pet’s collar. I don’t expect it would hold up very long if worn everyday, but for special occasions, it seems great. My cat didn’t try to take it off either, which is a huge plus.

So cute
I had to take this out of my daughter's hair box a few times. It's really cute and it looks cute on both human and dog. It slips on the collar easily with the stretchy elastic attached. My daughter attached it easily to a thick headband and it stayed.

So, so looking
I was hoping that this would be small enough for even a large cat, but this is really only for dogs. The flower is a heavy ft material with an elastic loop. It really is not that pretty in person and not sure how long it would last. The best part for me is my cat uses it as a play toy.
