A: Hi. The best way to clean the Silky mat is with a mild solution of dish soap and warm water using a damp, but not dripping cloth. Please do remember that some stains will be very difficult to remove depending on the type of stain.

A: Hi. Thank you for your question. Silky Folding Mats have a fabric texture. They are water resistant, however may not hold up well with possible food stains during meal time. A good option for baby meal time may be the Parklon Portable Folding Mat - these wipe up easy and are stain resistant.

Disappointed
Pretty disappointed in this product. It was something I splurged on cause it was cute and I thought it looked durable. I can get any stains out of it and when I tried to wipe it down and let it air out it got a bad odor to it. It smells mildewy and looks very dirty. Super bummed I spent so much money on it. I’m not one to complain or write reviews at all but I want to stop others from making the same mistake. I was mislead because it almost got 5 stars. If I would of read more I would of saw that people complained about the stains.

It’s not washable material
I like the portability , the size and the cushion on this playmat. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that you can’t wash the playmat. It’s not plastic “. It’s a type of fabric that’s doesn’t allow you to wipe the dirt out. The mat does absorb the water / cleaning product and dirt .I tried to wipe the dirt out and the mat still looks dirty. You can’t wash either. For that reason I am returning it.

I looked at this price and remember thinking how steep it was, but I bought it and I’m so happy! This thing is great quality. It’s NOT like those cheap foam ones. This sucker is waterproof and cleans so easily. We use it all the time for tummy time so he can lay down without getting carpet/rug burn. It’s also comfy for how thin it is. It’s easy to fold up and put away when company comes over. Seriously recommend this!
