Q: My Sea Dreams Soother has stopped its movement function out of nowhere and for no reason! The music still plays but the characters won't move anymore. It was our favorite part of the toy/product! How can we get fixed/replaced?

Q: Characters starting to make squeaking noises. We have changed out batteries numerous times and the horrible would sounds won't stop. It sounds like the characters need to be oiled or lubed up in order for the noise to stop. Is there a way to fix this??

Soothing and timeless! I originally used the Baby Einstein Sea Dreams Soother for my kids when they were little—it always helped calm them down and put them right to sleep. I thought this would be great for my toddler who is obsessed with fish. I bought this 2-3 weeks ago and since then, I’ve gone through 3 sets of batteries. This thing sucks the life out of them! My toddler only uses it at night so he can fall asleep. I don’t understand how one simple toy needs new batteries every few days. Poor product, I’m not sure why the reviews are so good. Maybe I purchased a lemon. Either way, I want to return this item however, I threw out the box it came in.

This toy was highly recommended on tiktok, however it can’t keep my babies attention for more than 5 seconds. The fish inside are on tracks and move less than an inch around (up and down or side to side) instead of floating around in something that I had expected. The light looks like water moving.

I love this thing! My little is 100% a Velcro baby and hates being “worn” so I was trying anything to be able to set her down without fussing. This is the one and only thing that would catch her attention long enough (10-15 minutes) to get a chore or 2 done. I’ve had it for 2 months and it still works like a charm, she’s 4 months old now and still loves staring at it.

Batteries popped and leaked all over the toy after minimal playing. It’s a brand new toy that has been used about 3x and the blue paint came off when trying to clean off the battery liquid.

The music is crazy for something that mounts to the crib and is supposed to sooth him to sleep. A lower volume option would be ideal. There is only loud and very loud. That being said, the white noise option is ideal to put him to sleep and he is captivated by the light and motion. We just use the music for non-bedtime stuff.

This uses 4- D size batteries and it kills them fast when youre using the lights and movement (which is the whole point). Unless you want an added $30/month battery bill, Skip this toy
