Q: My Sea Dreams Soother has stopped its movement function out of nowhere and for no reason! The music still plays but the characters won't move anymore. It was our favorite part of the toy/product! How can we get fixed/replaced?

Do not buy. The animals squeak after 5 mins of use. The quality is just terrible. I had this item 5 years ago for my first child and it was amazing. Clearly baby Einstein has cut corners. The product is very low quality.

I love this product best toy for my little one. I used it in her nursery when she was a new born to sooth her to sleep. As she hit 3 months she hated car rides and this helped sooth her in her car seat. I love in AZ so the weather gets quite hot and the whole battery thing did concern me but I have left it in the car and it hasn't exploded. Put it in your car at your own risk. Works great for me.

It’s a great toy while it works!! but it only lasts about 2 weeks before the batteries die. $40 for the toy + $10 battery replacement.. this toy is not worth $50. The only thing that could make this toy worth it is investing in rechargeable batteries so you don’t have to keep buying them.

Can catch fire!! The batteries exploded and burned inside of toy which was attached to my child's crib. It's not worth the risk and the company does not seem to care.

This sound machine is very cute but when the animals move, they are so loud! I bought this for my little one when he lays down at night. I'm so disappointed with the noise level, it keeps him up. If it the creatures didn't move or if they were quieter, I'd reccomend this product. Sadly, it's not worth it.

Safety hazard. Paint easily rubs off with disinfecting wipe, imagine if your baby put their mouth to it!! Toy is okay, nothing impressive and makes a lot of squeaking noises when on quiet mode.

I want to rate this higher because at first it was amazing and my newborn loved it. Now it makes this horrible squeaking noise every time the sea creatures move. I can’t stand having it on anymore even though my baby loves it because the sound is getting worse/louder.

It entertains baby for a while but it’s way too expensive just to be so repetitive. Could’ve added different colors instead of just blue. And the star button is so annoying! My 4 month old keeps pressing it on accident so it turns off, and yes there’s a remote so I can just turn it back on, but who wants to sit there and turn it back on every 2 secs.. Ridiculous! And there’s no feet so it can’t stand safely without it tilting over, or if baby reaches for it, it will fall on them. Horrible design!

My number one issue with this thing is the horrible squeaky gears! We’ve had it about a week and every night it’s gotten worse and worse! The remote also only works about 10% of the time. Lastly I wish there was a feature to dim the lights, because it’s SUPER bright in the middle of the night. I gave it a couple of stars because my 5 month old does enjoy watching it.

My 7mo old didn’t care for this. I wanted to use it to entertain her while I got dressed or ate. She looks at it for maybe a minute. Her toy piano does a better job at occupying her. Also it’s bulky. I am going to return.
