Although Menopause Complex hasnt stopped the hot flashes altogether, it has lessened the severity of them. Overall feeling much better every day.

This really works well with me. I hardly ever have hot flashes anymore. I take one dose first thing in the morning. It did take a couple of weeks maybe 3 to build in my system. Thanks

GAME CHANGER FOR MENOPAUSE!
I recommended this to my sister we are both in menopause. I was having brain fog, bad mood swings, hot flashes, you name it i had it . I tried it for a month and at wk 3 is when I saw the real changes. I felt better, and was sleeping better. My husband commented on how my moods were so much better as well. Only product for me!
