(in each 30 ml dose) bismuth subsalicylate 525 mg' '
Allergens & Warnings:
Reye's syndrome: Children and teenagers who have or are recovering from chicken pox or flu-like symptoms should not use this product. When using this product, if changes in behavior with nausea and vomiting occur, consult a doctor because these symptoms could be an early sign of Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness. Allergy alert: Contains salicylate. Do not take if you are allergic to salicylates (including aspirin), taking other salicylate products. Do not use if you have an ulcer, a bleeding problem, bloody or black stool. Ask a doctor before use if you have fever, mucus in the stool. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any drug for anticoagulation (thinning the blood), diabetes, gout, arthritis. When using this product a temporary, but harmless, darkening of the stool and/or tongue may occur. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms get worse or last more than 2 days, ringing in the ears or loss of hearing occurs, diarrhea lasts more than 2 days. If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. It helped the family

Great taste

I find the cherry flavor easier to swallow and doesn’t leave after taste. I even gave it to my doge who had and upset stomach and he really liked it also.

Love the cherry flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pepto bismol has been an old friend of mine since I was a child. Nothing seems to ease nausea better for me than Pepto. I did not think the pink liquid tasted bad but there's always room for improvement. The cherry flavor is very good but not too heavy. I find with all of these types of liquid digestion medications they taste better if you put them in the refrigerator. So the combination of getting them cold and the new cherry flavor new to me anyway - was very good. Thanks for keeping up the work making a great product for many many years

Taste really cherry flavored
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a couple of months ago. My husband has a queasy stomach. It seems to help him, but the flavor is hard to handle. That’s why I am only giving three stars, it’s really hard to swallow, I would like to have it without a flavor.

Prefer original
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t have to take Pepto often, but when I do, I think I prefer the original flavor over this. It seems to work the same way (just as well) but Pepto isn’t a wonderful tasting medicine regardless and I don’t need a cherry flavor to taste even more fake and bad. I will hold onto this and keep it in my guest bathroom!!

New Cherry Flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those who don't like the original Pepto Bismol taste, they have a new cherry flavor you will like much better. It still works just like the original and I trust it because I grew up taking this medicine. Whenever I have an upset stomach or heartburn I take Cherry Pepto and it coats my stomach and gives me almost instant temporary relief. I prefer the original taste over the cherry.

Great for upset stomach
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It tastes good and is easy to take. It worked well for most digestive upset but I didn't see any improvement when I took it for heartburn. It did help with nausea and diarrhea. It takes a little while to take affect though.

Better Flavor For Children.

I didn’t care for the cherry flavor of this but it’ll appeal to children and adults who don’t like the regular flavor. Overall, it was okay and gets rid of an upset stomach.

Works Fast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pepto-Bismol is great product that should always be in every medicine cabinet. You don't want to be running to the store to purchase it with an upset stomach or diarrhea. When you need it, you need it now! This is the first time I've tried the Cherry flavor, I think it's a nice option for those who just don't like peppermint. It will settle an upset stomach and heartburn very fast. I can't speak for diarrhea, I never used it for that symptom. I sometimes have a problem with the thicker consistency, but that's just me. The handy dose cup is also included, Be sure to use it to get the correct dose and best results.
