The bag I just bought yesterday on 11/8/2025 of this popcorn and it’s was expired. My sisters said it tasted funny and they weren’t going to eat it. So I looked at the expiration date because I smelt the bag and it smells like wood chips. The expiration date says 03/25/2024. I go to call the store and I was hung up on. I usually shop at this target, it’s down the street from my house. Not any longer!

I'm in love with Pirate's booty cheddar blast, I would say I'm almost addicted to it. I purchase 2-3 10 Oz bags a week, but lately it's not the same and today was the worst bag yet, I don't know what's going on but please fix it! I need my cheddar blast.

I have been a huge fan of Pirates Booty Cheddar Blast for YEARS! Literally the ONLY snack food we keep in the house! But the last several bags I’ve bought have been awful! It seems like they changed the recipe when Hersheys bought them out. So heartbreaking! 😢

White Cheddar Heaven
These make all of their other products pale in comparison to this magnificent cheesy snack. I had jaw surgery about a year ago and I can’t chew anything crunchy for another month-ish. The surgeon recommended that if I want a junky snack, to basically let cheese puffs dissolve in my mouth. I tried a few and they were alright; this product tops it all. It’s so expensive because for whatever reason I think there is a shortage on white cheddar powder (it’s been disappearing from other snacks either by discontinuation or less powder used since 2020) and this uses a very good amount. If you want the white cheddar flavor but not tons of junky corn, you can lick it off and discard in the trash. Seriously, it still tastes delicious.

Soft, easy to melt in your mouth and doesn't not stick to your teeth. I can eat a whole bag in one sitting. It's indeed very cheesy and satisfying with each puff. The package is strong yet easy to open. It isn't like other kind of chip bag either hard to rip off or just tear easily.

Ruined Childhood
I used to like this a lot when I was younger. In fact, it was my favorite snack. However, I looked at the ingredients list a few days ago, and I was disgusted. Putting a bunch of canola, and sunflower oil, like really?!? Not only that, but at the bottom, I found: "Contains a bioengineered ingredient." Of course the company had to be sneaky, and make the words extra small... I'm never going to buy this ever again!
