No tools in box

Very sad my table did not come with tools needed to put it together. When I contacted customer service by chat I was left hanging for 30 minutes then received an e-mail that said I will need to wait up to two business days for a response. This is unacceptable.

Poor, cheap quality with ""fake grooved"" top

Don't let the reviews fool you. This is a VERY poorly made table with fake wood top with fake grooves in it. The top ""chipped off"" in various locations. We have 3 sets of different kitchen chairs to try with this table and NONE of them fit between the legs at the ends of the table. It's like you need a children's chair with no width to it to fit. Really shocked by the poor quality from Plank + Beam on this one.

The table is not exact! Uneven areas.

I love the color of the table. One of the top panels was a little warped. Disappointed that the table top is not completely level. Some of the connections are a little longer than other ones.

Perfect size for my dining area

The table is well built and does not look cheap. Unfortunately one of dowels came broken but it didn't affect finish of the table. We also broke through table top using wrong screws but it didn't affect the finishing either. I immediately smooth out with a hammer. I can not see the damage anymore. I love this table.

Pile of Wood Waiting in the Kitchen

I ordered a Modern Solid Wood Kitchen table - 48 inches. The order arrived nine days ago. I found chip on two legs of the table. I sent a request for services to Plank and Beam online. I received an email stating that they will contact me within two business days. One week later, I have not received any contact from them. I sent another email to get their attention. I haven’t received any word from them. There is a pile of wood in the kitchen waiting for two new legs to arrive.
