    Horrible service won't purchase from Target again. Did a ship to house instead of pick up. Package was delivered to my house but when I got home the package was missing. Contacted my neighbors and different area of the home. Was able to get directed to customer support and Joyce and Maggie helped but were not able to help me with a return. Couldn't help me since the photo was in front of my house. Despite my package was missing. Not helpful won't shop with Target again.

    Amazing processing power and graphics alongside a robust game library. One gripe I have is that it comes with 825 GB of storage which all norms for consoles should be 1 TB minimum due to current game sizes being extremely large.

    Scam dont order

    I ordered a PlayStation 5 on March 21 which was supposed to be delivered a week after the order date. I kept receiving emails from Target that I have a new delivery date and the item is back ordered. After two months of emails and going back and forth I receive an email this morning that the order in canceled. Mind you my kids had saved up for this PlayStation for two months and they had to wait another two months for it to be delivered.And now I have to let them know that the order is canceled. I tried to call Target customer service they didn’t nothing and they wanted to offer me a $10 gift card (so unprofessional)

    My PS5 was stolen by the delivery driver and Target did not do the right thing

    I ordered this PS5 and selected the option to have it delivered to my house. The Shipt delivery driver stole the PS5 and marked it as delivered in the app. I contacted Target and provided them with the video evidence showing the delivery driver driving past my house and taking the delivery "confirmation photo" from their car. I provided Target and Shipt the unedited photo that was initially sent in as proof of delivery by the driver, as well as the AI altered copy of the photo the driver uploaded minutes later with a "bag" added. The AI generated "bag" was obviously a fake and it was clearly the same photo that was taken from their vehicle. Target denied my claim, stating they could not open the video provided showing the driver did not stop. I was home to accept the delivery and watched as the delivery driver drove past my home. Target owns Shipt, and Shipt has all of the data to show the GPS location of the driver, rate of speed, and proof that the driver did not stop. Target did not contact Shipt for this information. Both Shipt and the police officer who responded to my police report were able to review the footage. Be warned, if Target denies your claim they will not reopen. This has been the worst experience, having Target call you a liar and then refuse to accept concrete evidence of the delivery driver stealing the item you paid for. This is a massive disappointment. I am $500+ and having to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Target, I may only be one customer, but I am never again going to be your customer.

    I have been trying to buy a subscription so I can play and it keeps saying error. ive tried for over 4 months now. customer service doesnt help at all. Playstation always has problems. I dont recommend get a xbox instead

    Nice, Runs Hot, Don't Bother With The Pro

    Nothing wrong with the console, all of Sony's boxes are opened because of the generic seal they use on it. Sony does this to deter people from bringing the console back just because they don't want it. They started this a few years back. Especially at places like Gamestop. The console itself is fine, not the best build quality (like the Series X). It's not loud by any means, though it does run hot. I can't justify paying $600 for it, but I was lucky enough to get it on sale back when it was $399 with the bundle. And don't bother with the PRO. I had one and there is little to no different in games, just framerates, but nothing drastic. Took it back the next day. This is perfectly playable for all of your exclulsive games, I never use it for 3rd party titles anyway. Xbox for that.

    Great gaming system

    The Slim model is fun for the price. You can always buy extended hard drives to increase the storage and you can also buy the disk drive to hook up later if you want to play disk based games.
