Love this remote so easy to set up and use for the ps5

Broke after two weeks. Do not buy.

Bought 2 of them. Both stopped working within a month.

I like that you can control your PlayStation interface without a dual sense controller. But the volume buttons gave out in under a month.

It does exactly what it needs to do. Turns on/off tv/Ps5. Controls volume and quick access to certain apps. Doesn't do anything special for media player which honestly the main reason I got it, but that's more of a PS5 issue as they haven't done much with the media player.

Stopped working after a few weeks and it wasn’t the batteries.

DO NOT BUY this is my SECOND one i have purchased and it’s already quit working after two months I thought it was maybe the batteries but nope it just won’t work. Just trash

We really like having the media remote to control our PS5 since it is the main way we watch streaming services. The battery lasts a while although once in a while it seems to need to be reset by taking the batteries out and putting them back in. The first one we had took years of beatings from my toddler before it finally gave up. So I give it a solid 5 star rating for that.

Worked well, but after 2 months stopped turning on, it’s incredibly frustrating because it still works on volume for my tv but won’t connect to my ps5. Just found out my non-smart tv works with my ps5 just like that remote used to. comepletely useless product

The remote was great until the batteries died in less than 2 weeks of use. This will use a lot of batteries if you’re replacing AAs every 2 weeks. I would return it if I still had the box.

I love how, fast it recognized my tv, and I’m glad it functions the way it’s supposed to. I don’t like the shape personally, it’s slips out of my hand easily. I seen the reviews about the remote stopping to work after a few weeks. I’m guessing they just need to change the batteries. So far so good.

Worked for like one week. Then it would only work if you took the batteries out and put them back in. A week later and it doesn't work at all.

We’ve purchased two of these remotes and were recently gifted a third. Each time it works for a couple of weeks/months and then stops functioning.
