Description

Protect your wound from airborne contaminants and promote faster healing times with this 4 x 24 inch PolyMem foam nonadhesive dressing. It is made of lightweight, borderless foam that insulates the affected area without adhesion. This allows for quick removal and easy dressing changes. PolyMem nonadhesive dressing contains a starch co-polymer to retain moisture, creating a moist environment that prevents the area from drying out. This creates enhanced pain relief and soothing comfort. It also comes formulated with glycerol to regulate hydration. The non-adhesive foam dressing absorbs liquid and keeps the wound bed clean, helping to avoid adherence and easing daily maintenance. It also expands to conform to the wound, providing a protective cover.
