A: Hello and thank you for contacting PoochPad Products. Female diapers for larger dogs run as follows: +Large = 35 lbs to 55 lbs w/20 to 27" waist and X-Large is 55 lbs to 90 with a waist of 25 to 34 inches around. Thank you!

I purchased two of these expensive diapers for my senior Doberman with incontinence issues hoping she would be able to remain dry, however, these diapers caused scarring on the side of her legs due to the harsh material of these diapers and it never kept her urine from leaking out and wetting up the area where she slept. I am very disappointed with this product and the injuries my dog baby had to suffer. I ended up buying another brand of diapers that are much softer in material and actually keeps the urine in the pants, I also put in human Depends to collect more urine during the night. I love them and the cost for three diapers was the same cost of just one of these horrible diapers. Doggie parents beware.

Difficult to find pads to fit Great Dane. These fit perfectly and absorbed all of the urine when I had to lift up my dane with the sling (degenerative myelopathy of hind quarters). Highly recommend!

At first I was like yes, this is awesome. But after him wearing it a few times he would fall out of it. We don't really have trouble with him pooping randomly its really just peeing. He's a senior dog and can't control his bladder anymore. I'm going to try the wrap one... Hoping it will help. The diaper seemed durable... It just didn't cover him.

Works in a way I didn't anticipate... And I am grateful! Our rescue shih tzu wears it and doesn't use it. I love that it is a deterrent because who wants to sit in their waste? Tried books, suggestions, classes etc for a year w/ no relief. Accepting he wouldn't stop releaving himself inside whenever he felt slighted by our ssb (sassy since birth) female shih tzu. It has given everyone, except probably the ssb, in the house relief that his venting will be contained.

I love the quality of these! They are very durable and a comfortable material. However, my 6 lbs dog could not fit the extra small (stating it fits up to 8lbs) because his area was too long. It would hang out the bottom and not catch the urine (he is a marker) defeating the whole reason we bought it.
