Worked for one day
Got this for my son for Xmas. He used it one day and it stopped working. Could not charge it. Customer service was not very sympathetic.

Controller failed mid use
I was playing It Takes Two, and suddenly I couldn't jump or do any buttons other than move. tried to reconnect it nothing happened. Now won't charge or respond to anything. never dropped or spilled on.

i bought 4 controllers, the two that work are great. Two do not hold a charge. Emailed about the broken controllers still havnt gotten a response. If you like to gamble, this might be for you lol

Needs trim or calibration
When connected to my Tesla this controller is much slower that an Xbox controller, is there a trim tuning on the joystick?

The controller just stoped working 1 month after I got it
The controller was great I was pluging it in every day but it shutdown on its own when it was at full charge and now i need a new one.

Breaks, warranty not honored
Controller was great while it was working. No joke, great controller, other than the lack of rumble. But after only 6 months one of the triggers (ZR) stopped working. Although it was advertised as having a 2 year warranty, it's actually impossible to use the warranty. The only contact info is one web form, www.powera.com/support/submit-case-request/ , which does not actually allow you to submit a request, just generates a null pointer exception when you click Submit, no matter what information you put in or what browser you use.

This controller is terrible.
The controller's design and feel is the standard procontroller with a few extra, mostly useless, buttons. The controller also feels very cheap especially in comparison to a non-third party controller. My controller used to be able to connect to a switch both wired and wirelessly, but now can only connect wirelessly. This made it very hard for me when i was playing at a smash local since the setups were so close i couldn't get the controller to connect to the setup i needed. My controller is also starting to drift really badly, more specifically the left stick is drifting hard upwards and i cannot play the games i want to play properly. You can't even calibrate the stick in the system settings because the controller doesn't support it. This controller has just been causing problem after problem and I think it's way more worth it to just buy a normal procontroller despite its higher price.

Worked amazing at first and super cute. Now it’s out of the return window and has stick drift. Mind you I do not play daily and it sits in a shelf when not in use. Waste of money

Awesome just has some flaws
This product was very well to me for the first two weeks using it I did discover that it didn't have haptics but I'm fine with that. I have a problem with it that just none of the button respond.

This product would be a great controller,i it worked the way it is supposed to work And it seems that they don't stand by their products.Their 2 year warranty is a farce.I am stuck with a defective controlle

I like this product but would not buy it again
I was playing for about 2 mouth's it walked nice 9/10 but after theses 2 mouth's the paring button and and paddles paring button broke now I can't play my games

Drift within in a day
I love the design and it is so cute, however after not even a day of using this controller I’ve already seen it has drift like a used controller would. I was under the impression it would be brand new. The drift messes with some of the games I play as the controller always “pulls to the right”.
