  • A: Works great on PC Windows 11 for Google Earth, etc., unfortunately the Mac OS will only see it listed as a USB device, but won't see it listed under its "Game Controller" device tab, since it REQUIRES customized Mac USB drivers to be written by POWERA. None Exist Currently, wanted to use my POWERA controller on my Mac M1 Mini for Google Earth. The REAL MS branded USB XBox controller was told is now seen as a "USB game controller" under recent 2025 Mac OS updates...because it follows more standard USB drivers. Package says POWERA only supports Windows 10/11.

Doesn't even work

Bought one of these to replace my old controller that stopped working. Brand new, out of the box, plugged into the USB port and...nothing. No response. Not even a ping from Windows saying a new device had been found. Absolutely dead on arrival. Checked multiple USB ports just to be sure, and still nothing.

Button sticking after 100 hours of play

Within 3 months and 100 hours of play the B button is getting stuck. Most advice says to try cleaning the button, but I would expect the controller to work for more than 1 game before problems arise. Something seems to be mechanically failing.

DON'T BUY!!!!!

Had it a day used it regularly and sure enough got stick drift. wouldn’t recommend it’s cheap for a reason so be cautious when considering buying this.

Budget gaming

So I play videos like Elden Ring and arc raiders but in one year the left stick developed Stick drift, so easy breaks are a no go, so get the insurance especially if you game a lot or have a heavy hand on your controller

If I could give zero stars, I would. Literally came broken...fresh out the box..won't turn on, tried a myriad of different cables, tried restarting console and pc, nothing works. Absolutely disgusted! Wouldn't even recommend this as a Christmas tree ornament!

It's good but then its not

The controller worked perfectly when I got it and now the left stick is out of place and wiggle. It's hard for me to play my games. I put in a request with PowerA/support and still haven't heard anything from them.

Don't buy this for long term gaming

I got this controller and within 2 weeks of using it the LB button doesn't work anymore. I haven't been throwing it or slamming it and it's also plugged in. Don't buy this for long term
