DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. 150 bucks just to barely drop the controller and immediately get stick drift and now all games are unplayable. Do not waste your money on this poor controller. Not worth the price tag or your sanity.

Great experience overall but…
I wish the instructions were more clear showcasing where the dongle for the headphones are. I spent 2 days to figure out I didn't need to buy an external dongle for it. Great, the dongle works as intended, but now if I plug in my controller to charge, my Xbox will turn itself on. Not only that, regardless if I'm charging my new Power A Fusion Pro controller or not, it shows that it is plugged into a charge cable as well as shows "zero charge" on the battery life indicator when pressing the Xbox home button on the controller. In turn, this causes my controller to die or disconnect randomly mid match without giving me warning that it is dying or low battery or dead, it just stops working but shows the light on the Xbox home button as if it is still on and connected. The only way to fix this issue is to plug in the charge cable provided, wait for it to recognize it is being charge, and then unplug the cable and re plug it back in, otherwise it will not let me turn the controller back on again. Very frustrating issue that I've had. I have made sure all my system devices are updated to the latest software and nothing I've done has fixed the issue. Mae's me want to return for the wired cable if the latency and connectivity is going to persist.

Disconnecting and won't connect at all now
Bought this controller and used it for a day before it kept disconnecting on me and now of writing this it's not connecting at all to my Xbox through the Bluetooth adapter nor by cord

Works good but breaks easy
I used to play bo6 and somehow my left joystick has this issue with the height adjustment I'm assuming we're as you play and put pressure on it the joystick spins under your finger like a steering wheel

Lackluster power and connectivity
Controller will sit being charged for at least 12 hours but will randomly and repeatedly disconnect from the Xbox and continue turning itself off, only way to get the controller to stay connected is to plug it in and play despite it being charged for more than 12 hours already and I've been playing for 5. It's a great and good controller but it's power and connection problem dwarf its capabilities

The controller does not connect to Xbox. Plug in cords supplied. It will charge fine, but no connection wired or Bluetooth.

cool concept but poor quality and mechanics
recently bought this because i needed a new controller. upon unboxing felt very light compared to my previous controllers. grip is ok joysticks compared to what im used to are loose feeling. once connected and trying to remap buttons was very confusing and could not map buttons i wanted to without downloading app on my laptop. after downloading app was able to finish remapping buttons how i like for playing pubg. started game up and tried playing the trigger buttons on the back for the shorter trigger pull. it would not allow me to drive while in a vehicle. had to keep moving them back and forth to get it to work. i will be returning this product for a xbox elite controller and stick with what i know is a superior product. would ne recommend this product

Disappointed
I was told but support that this controller can connect to Samsung Smart tvs 2020 and newer I have tried everything to connect it with it the tv and my fire cube to play on xbox cloud gaming and Luna and it won't connect the usb adaptor just blinks and will not connect at all the controller lights up solid white but the adaptor continues to blink and will not connect ... It connect fine to my gaming laptop but nothing else

Quality controller
Bought for Xbox: I'm so tired of swapping controllers with stick drift or dead zones... This feels right in my hand, the sticks, buttons, and triggers all feel great and responsive. While I gave it five stars, there is one drawback(which I am sure is Microsoft's fault for how they have to connect), the wireless adapter makes it impossible to see the charge. Not a huge issue, But catches me off guard when it starts to die. I still would not change it for another, it's just too good in every other way.

You aren't winning me over by telling me I should refer to tech support... you sold me a faulty product... doesn't stay connected to my console as it should. No amount of tech support can fix that. I've gone thru all the trouble shooting. Controller is junk.

This is my first PowerA controller. So far it has been awesome. I haven't had a chance to fully customize it yet but out of the box, it works better than my Xbox elite controller.

So it's ok... likes to disconnect often from the Xbox. Not pleased with its performance on that part. If it wont stay connected I have spent money on a brick. I've gone back to the standard xbox controller I was using before.

Would not buy again.
We bought this controller as a Christmas present in 2024 (yes, four months ago). Within one month this controller developed stick drift, and by the end of the second the battery stopped charging but would work while plugged in, by the end of the third it stopped working altogether. I submitted a ticket to address this through their website and have yet to hear from them. It's been no less than two weeks and not a peep. Four months for a wireless controller to completely die is outrageous, especially for the price we paid. Should have gone with a Microsoft Elite controller.

Terrible Firmware on a Great Controller
Pairing process is painful. After multiple failed attempts, the controller has stopped working in wired mode. Hours of troubleshooting later, I don't care about its features. I want a controller that works.

I've got 3 issues with the controller in a month. 1st being since I bought it is it will randomly die on me. 2nd I've noticed the right joystick is not straight. 3rd the agr1 button now clicks too far

Great alternative for premium controllers
I just got this controller and overall I am satisfied. Only thing that I feel could be better is the HQ app that goes along the controller. I noticed my zone 1 lights don't fully light up on one of the RBG settings as seen on the attached picture and I am not sure if it's supposed to be like that, but it's superficial. It's not stopped me from enjoying it. It's proved to be a good alternative.
