    My boyfriend bought me this controller about two months ago now and i just got to opening it because I still had a newish controller and the usb to connect it to my xbox is missing it's been over two months and we had already thrown the box away not sure what to do

    Super cool controller. The colors are amazing. The instructions are extremely confusing and complicated to do. So many things can be adjusted with this controller. Doesn’t always turn on your Xbox when you power on the controller.

    My second purchase. Last one just gave out over a year. Both analog sticks starting to lose center, bought this one not even a year ago and it started having electrical issues when I started messing with the led settings in their app. They were fun when they lasted, on elite srs 2 now

    Good controller but cheaper options exist

    RGB is beautiful, however $150 seems like a lot to spend on a controller. Feels great in the hands, super responsive, fun to use, and overall a great product to add to my gaming setup! I spent quite some time trying to get the controller to turn on, but you just have to push the Xbox button 🥀 Overall super happy ;)

    PowerA from Elite

    Use the Elite controller for years caught the PowerA on sale so gave it a try. First it is definitely lighter and not as heafty as the Elite it dose not feel that it is cheaply made just tad bit less. Next it is the same size so just even there. was not able to connect it via xbox bluetooth so had to use the USB doggle included. came with its own recharge dock which is good quality and long USB to c cord. One of the reasons for trying something different then the Elite is the paddles can be triggered by the position hold the controller in. Having buttons eliminates this situation. There is a drawback to the additional underneath buttons, they do not show up in the xbox settings (not hard to allocate just not via software), the other down side is the menu buttons are not available to allocate. Lastly for me is the LED lighting. personally I just don't care if it is lit up or not but if it is your thing you will need a pc and an app to go beyond the basics. Off is just fine for me. Think the Elite is tad bit better in battery life and overall Finnish. But PowerA Is a good choice really like buttons over paddles.

    Missing USB wireless adapotor. Open box sold as brand new

    This was an open box item sold as new. I didn’t realize it until I went to wrap this as a gift. My son opened it and the wireless USB adapter. This is beyond disappointing. How do you fix this?

    DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. 150 bucks just to barely drop the controller and immediately get stick drift and now all games are unplayable. Do not waste your money on this poor controller. Not worth the price tag or your sanity.

    Wont connect

    The controller does not connect to Xbox. Plug in cords supplied. It will charge fine, but no connection wired or Bluetooth.

    Not worth it.

    I didn't even have 3 hours of gameplay on this controller when the rgb lights gave out. Not worth the price tag.

Straight out of the box no stick drift unlike many of the elite series controllers I’ve used in the past. The buttons on the back feel a little cheap, they don’t feel quite as premium as the elite series. Holds a charge well. I waited until the new call of duty game came out to test out the different trigger feels to write this review, they are better than some controllers I’ve used previously.
