Decent controller but joystick broke
I don't play games that much anymore, so it was convenient to have the wired feature. I didn't have to keep up with charging it. But out of nowhere the left joystick stopped working. I couldn't click to sprint anymore. I bought this controller so it wouldn't go to sleep while I watch movies and tv on my Xbox. I have had my other wireless controller much longer and the joysticks still work. So that's pretty disappointing. It didn't even last a year. I got it around Xmas last year.

Not user friendly
Make it easier to program the colors and crap cause I'm not buying this again. Looking for a different company right now.

novelty is cool, the short cord length limits its

Easy to use

Awesome controller

Fun

Lightweight, smooth to use, and bright colors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wired controller is so beautiful! My kids were amazed as soon as we first turned it on. We love how those colors are so bright. We definitely need to get a second one for my other kid. I connected it to our Nintendo OLED and it works perfectly with it. Very simple to use right from the start. No crazy instructions. It is very lightweight and the buttons are very smooth to use. I feel that it will last a very long time even though my kids are rough with controllers.

Don't waste your money
The box claims it's compatible with Switch 1 and 2, but it isn't. It also says it can be used with or without a wire, yet it only works when wired. Not sure what the point of a detachable cable is supposed to be. Instant turn off.

The detachable cable allows for easier storage, portability, and the ability to replace the cable if it becomes damaged, without needing to replace the entire controller. Did not work, not recognized, no driver for Windows 11
Detected only as Xbox Gaming Device in Windows 11, not recognized in Gamer HQ or joy.cpl. PowerA support confirmed it requires private firmware reflashing that's not publicly available. AVOID

Colorful and responsive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this controller. The lighting is really fun and colorful, and it changes shades as you use it. The default lighting also has a sort of breathing effect which is kind of fun, but there's a button at the bottom that allows you to change it or shut off the lighting completely if you prefer. Personally I like it. The drumsticks and buttons are all very responsive and accurate. You can also customize it which I found was pretty easy to do, and I like that it helps improve my gameplay by giving me quick access to advanced gaming buttons. I wasn't sure about a wired controller, but it's 10 feet long so it hasn't been an issue for me at all. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about their switch gaming.

plug-and-play simplicity

So cute once it's connected

The boys were so excited when they saw it once it was connected to the switch ! I the colors were a lot more vibrant then I thought! It connected so easily and it feels like it's durable enough to handle my 6 year old.

Makes playing Switch 2 games that much more fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this controller! I usually play in the dark, so the lighting effects make the experience even better. The controller feels super light and responsive in the hands. The buttons have a nice click to them, and the joysticks are a bit sensitive, which some might prefer or not. I personally don't mind it at all. The lights are awesome! You can switch between different lighting modes by pressing one of the buttons on the back, which lets you pick your favorite light show in seconds. I've been using this for Pokémon, Final Fantasy Tactics, Mario Kart 8, and a few others, and it's worked perfectly every time. This has officially become my go-to controller.

I've only used it for a day and the triggers are messed up
It worked flawlessly out of the box, feels good, the vibration motors are nice, everything. I played forza horizon 5 for a few hours, had no issues, play elden ring nightreign for an hour or 2 today, no issues, then i go back to forza. My cars feel uncontrollable. I look at the telemetry settings and it shows that even at the smallest movement of the trigger, i am applying 100% throttle or braking depending on which trigger i pressed. I cannot play racing games now, after 1 day of use, and i cannot find any troubleshooting guides to help. I also don't have access to the stupid gamer hq app that is available to download online. My laptop is too old and my gf's chromebook is not compatible with the app. I have a half usable controller now.
