Poor quality. I guess that's synonymous with "Gamer" or "Gaming" now. A piece of garbage that falls apart after 3 months. I remember when I spend $60 on my Razer wired headset, 5 years ago. It still works (mostly), unlike this garbage. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IF YOU WANT QUALITY PRODUCT

Great headset small annoyance but amazing quality
Works really well, sound and mic quality are great. My only issue is very small. Sometimes when I join a party it automatically makes my mic volume on the Xbox settings go all the way down so I have to go in and turn it up again but it’s nothing terrible and like I said I’m loving the headset

Features do not work. No side tone/mic monitoring. COMMON ISSUE.
The headset sounds fine, not amazing for the $60 sale price, and certainly not the $100 MSRP. Mic monitoring (where you can hear your voice passthrough so you aren't yelling to hear your own voice) DOES NOT WORK. Tried everything. Had a basic $40 turtle beach headset that worked just fine out of the box. How can such a simple feature be missing/not working. Setup was aggravating, their ngenuity software is bloated (1GB, really?) and I was having distortion audio issues. I refuse to troubleshoot a $100 headset out of the package. Will never try HyperX products again. Absurd.

Sound quality isn’t as bad as people say it is. It’s definitely worse than my Kingston HyperX Cloud II. EQ settings are garbage on Ngenuinity, (I don’t notice a difference in sound). Microphone quality is better than cloud II. There is a physical mic switch that appears to be analog. You can hear on the receiving end when the mic is cut. This is the main con.

Great headphones, iffy cable
Headphones sound great and fit my ears perfectly. I’m also quite happy with the ability to detach the microphone, as I already have my own standing mic. Only problems i had with the product were the headband being slightly too short and fitting pretty snugly on my head, which leaves a bit of an indent in my hair compared to my old headphones (which were also by hyperx). The other problem was the threaded design on the cable. It came packaged with bends to keep it folded in its box during shipping, but when unpacking and setting it up, one of those bends had the cable poking out of the threading at a harsh angle and I was unable to get it back in and had to cut the threads at that spot to keep the cable straight. Now I’ve had to tape that whole section of cable to keep the threads from getting unfurled down the entire cable. This was only within my first two weeks of buying so it’s a pretty big downer. While it more or less came down to chance, I think the fault still lies in the design itself for making this whole problem possible. Now I need a replacement cable or I’ll have to deal with this taped cable. Great headphones, iffy cable.

These headphones are great after I had to throw away my old ones since they ran out of quality. These are the best headphones yet for gaming and very long lasting they were definitely worth my money. Would recommend to anyone who needs a fresh set

These are the worst HyperX headphones I've ever gotten, and the last time I'm buying HyperX since I started a decade ago. It's not even been a few months and the jack is already worn. Save your money buy something else.

Love the hyperx cloud 3, I ended up replacing my cloud 2 Because the material on the top and earmuffs was made out of started to disintegrate. The cloud 3 is definitely still nice but it definitely doesn't have the same amount of noise canceling as the 2 and I think the ear pads are a little thinner

You literally cannot get better ones for the price of them. All the other brands cost more, and give you less. My first set lasted nearly ten years, so I'm looking forward to another ten years!
