SteelSeries Nova 5 PC Headset

I bought this on the 28th of November and it’s amazing! A great battery life, great mic quality, AMAZING sound and it’s comfortable, probably the best headset you can get at this price.

i bought this product around 2 months and have since used it everyday for gaming purposes. it has amazing sound and doesn't disappoint. i love how you can swap between Bluetooth and the dongle its amazing. the microphone is also really awesome as it shows you when your muted by a red light and its retractable. and my friends have said that the mic quality is also better than my current mic.

It feels good. Sounded good until today. In the middle of a game the sound on the right side disappeared. Updated drivers, but sound was still gone. Happy for 2 1/2 weeks. Not anymore.

I recently purchased this headset and have to say that it offers exceptional value for money. It has excellent sound quality with decent bass, which can be adjusted to suit your needs using the software. Its battery performance stands out compared to other headsets in this price range. The microphone is also acceptable. For those who are unsure about customization compatibility: all headbands from the 7 series, etc. fit perfectly.

This headset has an amazing microphone for the price, especially once you fine tune it with the software. It goes hand it hand with the equalizer for the headset - while the headset’s sound itself is in my opinion exactly what you’d expect for the price, you can really push it to be on par with some more expensive headphones with proper equalizer settings. Plus the presets are a great+ too. I do wish the microphone wobbled a bit less when fully extended

I got this headphones as a birthday gift from my girlfriend. What a gift it is! The headphones are very comfortable, you can wear these for hours without any discomfort. The sound is crisp, adjustable in the app and the connection with the dungle is solid! The mic is hidden in the headphones, just pull it out if you want to use it. I've head an Arctis 1 but man, this surely is an upgrade! Would recommend!

I won these headphones in a giveaway, and I was thrilled to receive them! I used to own an Arctis 9x, which I loved, and the 5 Wireless is fairly similar in comfort, with maybe a slight drop in weoght to boot? Breathable fabric cups are much more comfy than leather cups. I'm giving this 4 stars for two reasons. First, the sound profile is a little flat by default. It doesn't favor any particular range or tone, but not in that way that helps elevate them all equally, either. Fortunately the SteelSeries app has some good presets in their Windows app to help you find just the EQ you need. A pretty easy fix, easy setup, overall user-friendly. The other is a tiny ding against the headphones. You can connect to either 2.4Ghz or Bluetooth, and swap between them freely if you have the 2.4Ghz dongle connected. However, the documentation could do better about telling the consumer the different between the two in the terms of sound quality/usage. Yes, we can connect our PC via one channel and our phone via the other to switch between, but (as a for instance) Bluetooth has a slight bit of lag compared to 2.4Ghz, if you care about that sort of thing, so maybe they could throw the sound quality/use in with the connection details? Overall, though, I am very happy with this model of headset!

Upgraded a previous model pair of arctis headphones from years ago, wish I upgraded sooner. The noise cancelling is perfect and the fit is great for long periods of time. Really solid headphones for a really good price.

Bought it a couple of weeks back and I have to say that I didn't expect wireless headphones to be so amazing. I always thought that wired headphones would be better and then SteelSeries wireless outshines that thought by a mile. Range is great, don't have to set the headphones down every time I stand up from my desk, battery life is actually good, which equally surprised me. The fact that I can use them for 4 days without recharging, although I don't use the computer that much, is mind blowing.My biggest pet peeve is the dongle that makes the range greater. I have 2 USB C ports on the backside of my computer, and the dongle when plugged in covers the other port, which in turn makes it unusable. Other than that, it's a great product. Sound is great, durability and the feel of the fabric is also something I can't complain about.

I bought it because the previous is broken. Firts time when i start to searching for headset and start to watching reviews and found Steelseries. This buy is my best decision of my gaming setup. So thanks to give us such a perfect headset.

While I was nervous about buying wireless headphones and how I might run out of battery while playing games, I'm glad that it charges very fast and lasts ages! It's even great for stepping away from my computer and grabbing a drink or a snack while still being able to talk with my friends. A solid purchase and though my wired Arctis Nova 5 served me well, the wirelessness is a blessing!

Headphones used with SteelSeries GG engine is conflicting with windows and discord. 50% of the time I lose sound and voice. Janky. Yes I’m sure it’s part of the setting but it’s painful sorting it out
