    Decent headset. The band is smaller than on the Gen2's and could be 1/2" bigger to be comfortable. Master volume control does not work well, and have to spin it a ton to get it to switch. Not a fan

    I do have a few complaints but overall is a better headset then my last pair(stealth 500) the few differences being needing to lift the mic higher to mute, not having the extra band, head support and they slide around to much when I’m moving as well as just fitting completely different now this is my opinion some may like those qualities.

    Solid headset, minor issue with not powering off or selecting audio out

    Its my first wireless headset and sounds great, mic works great, and I really like being able to flip it up to turn it off, like hanging up an old flip phone lol. I am using a playstation and was given the Xbox set and the only difference I can find is the dongle is a bit longer on the PS5, and my only real complaint is the PS5 does not automatically switch to my TV speakers when the headset is off, and the headset does not auto power off when shutting down the system

    A bit disappointed

    I got my partner these for his birthday and when he's in an Xbox party with his friends, they say he sounds robotic etc so he has gone back to his old headset. Really disappointed as I spent a lot of money

    volume dial spins with no change

    garbage. absolute waste of money. the 2 volume dials for chat and game are seemingly mixed with one another. the dials dont stop spinning . there is just a beep that tells you whrn youve reached the "end." Its bad enough that it seriously interupts gameplay. Sadly i am past the return window and i am stuck with it. i forgot how bad turtlebeach can be.

    Great but doesnt last long

    I’ve had two of these. My current one is only 3 months old and is already experiencing serious connectivity issues. My last one lasted less than a year. I loved it so much I was hoping it was just a one off issue and that’s why I bought the second. It’s really comfortable and the noise cancellation for both the user and parties on the other side is amazing, but it’s not worth it if it’s going to keep breaking less than a year in…or just after three months in at this rate. My husband has one as well that’s about 6 months old that’s experiencing the same issues.
