Great sound, trash mic, perfect if you're not trying to chat.

The sound is great, very crisp, clear and definitely helpful in games like ARC Raiders or CoD where you need to hear your surroundings. The headset is very comfy on both my small ears and my boyfriend large noggin, which is a plus, normally we can't share a headset comfortably. The mic is where I'm struggling. It picks up too much or nothing. If I sit to close to my internet set up it cracks and cuts out which I still don't understand since the sound doesn't suffer. Muting is 70/30, most of the time it mutes when you flip it all the way up but occasionally not. I'm considering taking it back vs keeping it as a spare only because I got it half off and that's a pretty good deal.

I recognize this review is not about the product. It is about the store. Always liked HyperX as a brand and am glad I reccomended these to a friend. My complaint is with the store and I hope by taking aim at one of their partners to get this noticed. We went to the Pueblo, CO Target today to pick up a pair of wireless headphones for my friend. We got to the tech department, looked around for a bit, maybe 5 minutes at most before we found what were looking for in the HyperX Cloud Jet Dual. No one could be found, asside from the poor ATT sales people being asked questions from everyone. We tried the kiosk to ask for assitance multiple times, and went to the front end to be told they would find someone. I stayed back and waited while my friends looked high and low for someone to unlock the headphones for nearly 30 minutes. So we decided nah this ain't it, and decided to leave and just order these for pick up online. I did speak to the 'supervisor' in the front end that was chatting with his employee and people watching and laughing (I've worked in retail before). Ignoring that, I voiced my displeasure that they were so poorly staffed that they couldn't even get coverage for their departments. I told him that I recognized that they as employees were not the ones to blame. Was I a little Karen-y? Yea I can admit that. But it was frustrating to me because I know those workers are suffering needlessly for many reasons. Target Corporation let me be super clear. None of your employees were rude to us. They didn't ignore us for the most part, because there were barely any to begin with. That's not a failing on their part. That's on you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The black HyperX Cloud Jet dual wireless headset has 2.4GHz and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. It was easy to switch between PC, console, for a good up to 25 hour gaming experience/session. I didn’t use it for that long in one sitting more a few hours at a time. I liked the swivel-to-mute boom mic that ensures clear communication with those to whom you are playing with-very clear sound no crackle, don’t break up or cut out. With the easy to charge and control things like volume and location of the mic this was great in adjusting the volume/muting, and toggle between connections. My favourite aspect was its lightweight design, breathable mesh earpads, and elastic suspension headband - great comfort, not sweaty or itchy, easy to adjust to fit your head seize and comfortable position! Great overall performance and would recommend HyperX Cloud Jet headset!

Great Headset

needed a headset to work from home with and surprisingly these are the same price as jbl and Logitech wireless sets. figured I'd get this pair to try it out. Works great Dongle makes connectivity easy on my pc for work and PS5 when im gaming!! never have an issue with voice or anything. trick is to leave mouth piece down as you move it up it mutes you! overall I would recommend this headset

Battery life is enough to go a good couple of days (2-5) without charging. Microphone quality isn't that great according to people I have spoken to while using it, although it sounds okay in my recording software. Overall, worth the purchase, if you want a comfortable wireless headset, otherwise go for a wired one because they are half the price. Pros: Good build quality Comfortable ear pads Good sound quality Wireless function works well and has a good range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tested this product using both methods, the USB receiver and Bluetooth. The volume is plenty loud enough to hear everything without losing any clarity or hearing any crackling. The battery life is substantial and unlike other headphones I have used in the past doesn't drain when they are turned off. Used for both gaming and listening to music. When gaming the audio is crisp and you can track where the audio is coming from. For music the bass is strong enough and the quality and range through Bluetooth was great. The design is good, the elasticated headband means you don't need to adjust the headset to get a comfortable position, the ear cushions do not become painful during a long session unlike other headphones and the microphone quality is clear.

The HyperX Cloud Jet Dual Wireless headphones turned out to be comfortable, lightweight, and well-made.
