Sounds Great
With a little EQ tweaking, I managed to get these to sound really good. Loud and clear. Mic audio seems good. The only negative I have is the power button slide. Feels super cheap and doesn't move without significant force.

Garbage
I bought these for my son. Absolute garbage. The size isn't adjustable so it's squeezing his head all the time. The sound is rubbish. The microphone works well so I guess that's something. These things look like they have a 6 month lifespan they are so poorly made. Do not waste your money on this garbage. The price was reasonable but I might as well have thrown the money into the trash. I'll buy hi a new pair at Christmas and they won't be logitech.

It's not a G533. Pros: 1. lighter than a G533 2. ??? Cons: Lightspeed mic is a downgrade compared to the G533. Battery says it'll run 17 hours; I want the drugs the person that made that claim is on. Overall this feels like a shrinkflation headset. Logitech knocked it out of the park (insert your preferred sportsball analogy) with the G533 and I'm sad and irritated at the downgraded experience of the replacement.

Quiet microphone
It’s just a little too quiet but sometimes that’s good but if your playing a game where you wanna hear very small sounds this is not the microphone.

Feather light!
I’m pretty sure the box these headphones came in is heavier than the headphones themselves and I can’t overstate how nice that is as someone who has to wear a headset 40 hrs a week for work. So far mic and audio quality seem good. I’ll update if that changes. I’m curious as to how the battery will do considering how light these are but we’ll see!

I'm still getting used to it. I like noise canceling while I'm working / gaming, so hearing the stuff in my environment is taking some getting used to. I like the light weight, and the flip microphone is amazing. The lighter weight is def nice and reduces the headaches I typically get from prolonged use with other headsets I've used. I liked the sound profile software that Corsair had, so I'm not sure if that's something you guys can look into, but if you haven't, it might be of interest to you. Sound wise, it meets expectations. Like... I haven't played anything and been like "wow, trash quality", so yeah, music sounds like music. Games sound like games. It's not "by the gods! What is this divine sound that I have never heard before!" But then... I'm not expecting miracles from a headset. I'm expecting sound to sound like... well... sound... and it does, so thank you. <3 Plug and play met expectations. Super easy to get set up on my computer. No issues switching anything over from one headset to another. I will say controlling volume between things like Zoom and Spotify, which is a minor thing all things considered, but it -is- a piece of friction that I am still trying to figure out. Not sure if that's user error or more of a tech limitation or what, but I'm getting by with it because yeah, super minor. Thank you for the headset. You guys are awesome. Please be well, my friends. amazing headphones got them for my nintendo switch when i’m playing on the tv for fortnite!!! and the mic quality is amazing and so is the battery i get so many compliments on the sound quality and they are so much better than these other expensive headphones. i used to use my brothers wired headphones that were over $100++ and i had so many complaints to the point ppl kept saying my mic was terrible and the wire was so annoying… love these so much def recommend, love how affordable they are and the amazing quality for the price! i got them on sale and def will recommend them to any friends!!! get them forsure!!!

Don't waste your time
Sound quality is horrible there volume is so low and quiet even when on the highest. Sounds like you’re speaking underwater. I returned these within the same hour of picking them up. Do not waste your time.
