time to hang it up
I had this headset for about 7 years and it worked great with dual Bluetooth connection. left headphone for Xbox audio, right for sound on pc. I had to replace the earphone cusions finally about last year cause they were worn, along with the headband. after a while from long wear use, the headband can be uncomfortable. the charge holds long. Great sound as well.

Breaks after 1 year
After 1 year this breaks. Randomly disconnects and you have to yell for people to hear you. Don’t even use it often. Barely dropping it 2 feet and it’s just goofed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought TWO within 2 years. Will NOT be buying again. In fact, XBOX, call me.

D tier product
wouldnt recommend buying this item for 110-120 its not very worth it. the volume and chat vs game slider is cool but its inaccurate and annoying especially mid game when ur trying to adjust it and the volume completely turns off even tho the slider isn’t completely down, just save the 100 and buy some open back hifimans

Faulty headset.
I’ve had this headset for 41 days. It’s been non stop issues with connecting, hearing in game audio, and while talking to friends, not being able to be heard or sounding like we’re breaking up with bad cell reception. I tried speaking with Target customer service several times before the 30 day return window was up and was told to go through Microsoft for their warranty. We all know how difficult it is to get ahold of them. Target refuses to do an exchange or a refund even though the headset was faulty directly out of the box.

No audio out of box for xbox connection. Perfect with bluetooth.
Does NOT work with Xbox out of box. I bought this a few weeks ago, and have since used it with my phone and loved it. Tried to connect it to my Xbox and it connects just fine but good luck getting audio to work. I found some instructions involving using the cord you would use to charge it with (which is NOT included btw) to plug into both the Xbox and headset to get it to work. Haven’t tried it yet but the fact you can’t just buy the Xbox branded headset and work it with an Xbox out of box is ridiculous. The instructions to get it to work were found on reddit too, not on Microsoft. So thanks a lot Microsoft at making this harder for everyone.

I like that it connects to the console just like a controller does. It has really great sound quality and the mic is awesome and I’m glad that I bought it.

Headset
I got this headset for a gift a three years ago and they’re great. Has really good sound and noise cancellation. They are high quality and it’s an easy set up.

No cord
Ordered one for my husband and it came with a charging cord. I decided to order one for myself and mine didn’t come with a charging cord. No where on my box does it say a cord is included but why does my husband have one with his and I don’t? The least you could do is include a cord Xbox.
