If you play arc Raiders, do not buy these. There is a known glitch where the mic will constantly say that it’s on mute or disconnected even though in the game, you can test the settings and it will show that it is. Does it on other games as well. Thought it was just my headset and noticed my husband’s is also doing the exact same thing. Definitely returning these today.

Purchase at your own risk, just know it's not worth it.
It's been months since I bought this headset and the mic muting/unmuting function DOES NOT WORK. For the money you spend on this headset, it's simply not worth it. Before it stopped working, the sounds that indicates the headset's mic is turning off/on would occur with littlest of movement giving me a headache. It wasn't even worth going for the warranty after reading many other users reached out for the issue and hadn't heard back for months. I'm writing this so you don't become one of those people like us with money wasted

A bit disappointed in these tbh. I had the previous model a few years ago which were great but we're looking a tad worn so bought these. Have to use a dongle which I didn't before & aren't straight forward to setup at all. I've had to do some research just to see how to get the voice chat working & had to factory reset them after updating the firmware. Sound quality is very good though

Absolutely terrible the device will not connect to my system transmitter won't even light up when plugged in contacted turtle beach and I needed to update and completely hard reset and still nothing. Seems kinda unproductive to have to update a brand new device out of the box and for it to still not work I couldn't be more disappointed in this product do not waste your time or money

Constantly disconnecting, mic doesn't work properly, dials for chat volume does absolutely nothing. Worst pair of Turtle Beaches I've ever owned. Avoid buying. Spend the extra money and get the 600's.

Wouldn’t recommend as they have connections issued and turtle beach is less than helpful when trying to return. They in fact have informed me it is my duty to pay for a return and try find a drop off point when it is clearly a technical issue that the headset came with.
