The A20 Wireless headset Gen 2 is designed to give you gaming audio freedom on several levels. Its 2.4 GHz signal provides an extended wireless range and with the flip-to-mute microphone you can easily choose if you want to be heard or not. Additionally, the headset’s long-lasting comfort and battery life allow you to game through those marathon sessions. You can add an extra USB transmitter for Xbox Series X|S or PlayStation 5 (sold separately) for an expanded console compatibility, which means you never have to switch headsets again.

Gaming headset
This gaming headset is nice the only complain I have is it stop turning on and charging this month and I just bought them in November. Logitech made it super easy to give a replacement for them though. I hope these headsets don’t give out on me like that last one.

Any Astro headset you won't be able to update firmware.
First things first , the firmware they have an update from Dec 2 2020. You can't update nor use the astro command center to play with your headset for gaming. Say goodbye to that. It's good for listening to music. You can use it the headset for gaming but you won't be making any adjustments. Was on support with Astro with 2 different people. First person was clueless. Second person helped but in the end they can offer another headset but it's going to be the same thing. They have advised their customers there is no update to fix this issue and don't know when engineers would fix this issue. The app for astro they send you a differe t download . Tried downloading manually update same issue. You can't use the headset for it's full potential. So that's a no for me. Used to have the A20 with the mixer. Wanted to update to a different and new headset this will also be for the A50s you will run into the same problem.Astro has a long time customer

great quality and fit
The sound is great. Both the headphones and the microphone work awesome. The foam around the ears fits and feels comfortable. I was happy with the weight, it's not very heavy but has enough weight to stay in place. The top of the headphones does get a little irritating to my scalp but a little bit of fabric over the band and no problems.

Sweet headphones
My daughter is super happy with these headphones. Aside from using them with the PS5 she uses them on her desktop computer as well. She said the handfree talking is cool and that they look pretty awesome. Kid approved!

Love these. I thought it would be confusing to set up on our ps4 but it was actually really easy with the instructions provided. It has really good sound quality and the ear padding is really soft and extremely comfortable. I enjoy it being wireless so I can move freely. Overall I'd definitely recommend.

Loved these headphones. They have a clear sound, a sleek design, and are comfortable to wear, even after hours of having them on. Also loved the blue color. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new pair of headphones.

Awesome Gaming Option
The sound is phenomenal. They are easy to charge and the fact that they are wireless is a big plus! They are lightweight and fit really wear. I can wear them for hours and they don’t make my ears hurt. I would definitely recommend these and I would buy them again.

Great!
Waited a bit to use and really see how they were. Comfortable and easy to use. The sound quality is good. Had a humming noise at first, but simply unplugged the usb and plugged it back in. No problems since!!

Perfect for many uses
Me and my teenage gamer son tried out the ASTRO A20 headset. He does school virtually as well as gaming in his free time, so he was able to put these to the test in both environments. He reported great clarity on the sounds, whether they were voice chat, background music or gaming sounds. He actually prefers these over his brand new headset he got for Christmas. We did not find any issues with crackling sounds, mic problems or connectivity issues, which are common problems with wireless headsets. Overall, we give it 10/10 because it exceeds the standards for his school experience and gaming experience.

A whole new level of gaming
Let me start by saying that this is the ONLY gaming headset I've ever used, so I don't have anything to compare it to. But after my experience with it, I don't think I'll have the need to use another gaming headset. Right off the bat, I noticed the packaging was pretty impressive. Very premium. Setting up the headset to use with our PS5 was fairly simple. Where this headset really shines is the sound quality. WOW! I was able to hear sounds in my game that I've never heard before, and in a very surround-sound type of way. Footsteps nearby, shell casings dropping to the ground, etc. It has really taken my gaming experience to a whole new level. I'm going to totally nerd out when I say this, but it's like being in the game. Additionally, the headset is very comfortable to wear. The part that goes across the top of your head is made of a smooth flexible material, not hard plastic, like I would've expected. The earphones are padded with a memory foam type of material, which makes for a pleasant wearing experience. I've worn this headset for upwards of an hour and half at a time, and never found it to get hot or uncomfortable to wear. I like that the microphone piece can fold up when not in use. My only tiny beef with the headset is that it doesn't have a battery level indicator that I'm aware of, which would be extremely helpful to know when I'm going to need to charge it. Overall though, this is a GREAT gaming headset, and I would definitely recommend it.

The best
These headphones are perfect if you're a gamer they connect to your PS5 your PS4 and your computer. You can play any game wirelessly they come with a cord so you can charge them they're also very comfortable on your ears you can also put your airpods in your ear at the same time and they're very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The sound quality in them are absolutely amazing

Amazing headphones
These are by far the nicest gaming headphones I’ve ever owned. They are wireless and work with PS5, PS4, PC’s, and MAC’s. They are very sleek and comfortable. They fit securely, stay in place, and are very easily adjustable. The quality and sound are amazing. Battery life is 15+ hours. The mic has a flip to mute function, which is super convenient. Included an A20 Gen2 USB transmitter with multi function button and a 1.5M USB-A to USB-C cable. Everything about these headphones is of the best quality. I highly recommend them.
