Headset in general
I haven’t even had this headset a year and it’s already having sound issues November 25,2024 I got the headset the the microphone has trouble picking up me talking from what my friends have to tell me. The quality of the headset the way it feels just feel beyond cheap it slides off my head it’s very uncomfortable I wish this headset wasn’t $60 cause for that price I honestly could of ordered something way better if you are thinking of buying this don’t there are way better headsets do your research beforehand and that’s just on any other headset too

Bought this for my son and in less than 2 weeks the mic broke off with gentle use. Not worth it at all for the price I paid.

Better customer service
Broke with in the first 24 hours. Went to return and the associate scanned the broken product as if it was her personal pair of headphones. Took her five minutes to inspect as if electronics are impenetrable! Bad customer service experience.

Worst headset known to man kind

Dont buy
After using the first gen A10 for many years and never had any issues other than the pads coming loose with time , I decided to buy these 2 gen ones , these are the complete opposite and it sad to see Astro took this route . Cheap material , small size , and the mic came loose after the first day !! I returned them after only having them for less for a day . Got a good deal on turtle beaches in the same target store . Don’t buy these the other comments are lying

Mic comes loose
Mic comes loose after a week. It’s a shame because they’re a perfect fit for my 9yr old son & his switch. I can’t imagine them lasting more than a couple months. Will be returning.

I didnt like them .
Honestly i loved the color but the sound and the headphone plug in part was giving me a hard time , it was echoing too much and it would start making static like sounds.

Everything great but
honestly I like these headphones alot the only problem was the mic part cause it felt very cheap and it just fell off when I was playing one time even tho I just bought them and leave them on my shelf when I'm done using it, other than that it was a great headphones, just put more works into the mic part

not sure wether to leave 1 or 2 stars. took it out of the box & thought it looked nice. plugged it in & the sound isnt too bad. used the mic & it broke right away. mic doesnt stay put and kept falling down. returned & got the hyperx brand. you get what you pay for.

Terrible
The mic came loose and entirely fell off in a week. Then got another pair and same problem. And I stored them well, wrapped the cable around em and put them ontop of my table laying down. Please discontinue these

Work Great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received these quickly, they worked great with the xbox, no set up required. Fit my head and my sons head comfortably. Mic quality was noticeably improved by friends online. Had them for about a week and the microphone fell off. I contacted logitech and they promptly sent me a replacement item without any fuss. Broken set still work, just require some tape to keep the mic in place. Very pleased with the replacement product and the service provided to get it taken care of.
