Unsolved Case Files: Jane Doe Game

My friends thought this was really fun. It actually makes you think, but it’s a little cheesy. The materials are well done, but some pictures are pretty obviously A.I. But, it feels pretty immersive once you get into it. It took them a few hours to work through everything, which was great. Definitely good for a game night if you want something different than the usual board game. I will say that this one was a lot more reading than some of the other ones I’ve tried, and I went to bed before they all figured out whodunnit.

This is so much fun! We’ve been playing during our downtime at work and it’s perfect to work on in short bursts! The materials are really professional looking, and it really feels like you’re working a real case. Will definitely be buying more!

Absolutely terrible. We have played this line of murder games before and this one was so absolutely terrible. No clues that even lead to the elaborate made up reveal that we had to read at the end. Waste of time. No connections. A lot of heavy content to wade through that lead nowhere.

We’ve done one of these before and it was much better. This one was super dumb and made no sense to us. Great concept for a game otherwise.

This game was fun all the way til the end and then the end was absolutely terrible it never gave answers to anything it left gaps in the entire game. Please don’t buy unless you want to waste time and be disappointed.

We love these case file games. They are challenging but not impossible. Each game is unique in the content. They are great for us to do as a couple or to bring to a group.

Great family activitiy and perfect gift!

It always keeps us on our toes. The only thing I dislike is the price and you can only play it once.

This game was so fun but I don't think that it was worth the price of it it gets you around 3 hours of fun and we had three people working on it there's different parts of the game but once we got to the last couple parts we breeze through them really quickly and it felt like there wasn't a ton of effort being put into the last part

Not a coherent story line. So must information and none of it really connects before going online to read the questions. Felt very forced to make the certain person the killer, even if it didn’t make sense that person to be the killer.

We had a couple of hours of fun trying to play detective and trying to solve the case. It was entertaining! The game made us put our thinking caps on. We all found it easy to understand and able to follow the direction of how the game is suppose to be played. This game really makes you feel like you’re trying to solve a crime. It’s excellent!

I've done other Unsolved Case Files games before and this one has a really disappointing middle and end, so disappointing that the way the victim is murdered makes no sense. It had a lot of promise but unlike other games this one had no big "aha!" moments.

This is a murder mystery game. You play it as you are the cold case detective. You need to figure out who is Jane doe. You need to figure out who killed her. The game is for one or more players. It is challenging, but It was easy to use and figure out. It's a fun game and great for the whole family although it can be difficult to solve, it is fun. The story makes sense, and they put a lot of effort and details into the cases. Very good quality made game and super unique and fun.

I love how realistic this game is; from the photos down to the reports. Everything is sealed like top secret information. After you feel like you’ve solved one part, you can go to the QR code link & NO it doesn’t just gives you the answer. It asks you questions to see if you really paid attention to the details to get your answer. You can also get 3 hints. The game is LONG so play only when you have time, you can come back to it. Overall, great concept.
