Smooth cutting
Great knife. Price was very reasonable. Long cord so it can be used from outlet to carving on the dining table. Caution, cord is 60” so you need to watch that people don’t get tangled in the cord as you use. I like the white color.

Everybody should have one!

This Proctor Silex Electric Knife is a game changer in the kitchen. It's easy to use, just plug and go, and gets the job done much faster than trying to slice by hand.

The handle is alittle thick for my hands but after using a few times I got used to it. The blades are very sharp but give a precise cut. I am glad I got to try this electric knife out it made cutting my Easter ham a breeze.

Great value for occasional user
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great solution for our family as we use this for cutting meats around holidays like turkey, prime rib, etc. and for bread if we make or buy a fresh loaf. Works great no complaints on performance. Handle could be a little bit more comfortable. Cord is plenty long. Seemingly easy to clean and take the blades out. No storage case, but it's not that big so easy to stow away. For our occasional use, this is an excellent option!

Easy to use, easy to clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My parents had an electric carving knife when I was growing up and I was always amazed by how easily it sliced. For years and years, every time I've readied myself to carve the Thanksgiving turkey, the Christmas prime rib, or the Easter lamb roast, I've kicked myself for not having bothered to get one. I finally fixed that situation! I've already used this one a few times and wish I'd had it for years. It's very easy to use, slices cleanly and smoothly (truly, Easter lamb sliced like butter this year), and is a breeze to clean. The blades release with the touch of the button and can go right in the dishwasher. Don't be like me and wait too long. Just get this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the Proctor Silex Electric Knife. I always had problems slicing breads and meats with my severe carpal tunnel. Now using this I have no problem. It makes light work of it all. Cutting bagels is a breeze now, and admittedly this is kind of fun to use as well. I 100% recommend buying this. I feel every household should own one. :-)

I normally cut with our biggest and sharpest kitchen knife but this way is so much better, don’t have to use as much muscle. I wish I had one of these long ago.

Great electric knife

It make’s carving a whole roasted chicken a breeze and is also great to portion whole fish fillets and pork tenderloin. I have severe arthritis in both my hands and this has definitely made doing the above so much easier and less painful.

It's perfect for any holiday that you need to cut a fried or baked turkey or any animal to be honest I have used it get into large redfish with their thick scales.
