Easy to use!
Bought this for last Christmas. It made cutting the turkey and ham so easy for the holiday! Just make sure you charge it up a day before you need to use it. Had no issues with it cutting!

Is the blade sharp and is handle ergonomically shaped. My knife was as good as my old one that was 20 years old and much easier to use being cordless.

Cordless knife with a safety lock
I purchased this electric knife to replace my old knife that had died. I like the way the handle looks and the fact that it is a cordless knife. The quality is better then the one I had before. It has a safety lock and the grip is comfortable to hold. The knife is easy to use and I like that it has stainless steel blades. I had it since last year and it works well. I feel it is a good price for the money. If you need a cordless electric knife I would recommend trying this one.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this electric knife for my father after he saw me using something similar and loves it. It works as it should and seems to have a really good cut quality. We've used it for turkey, chicken, and beef so far and it's wonderful. Great development and great work! Definitely makes life easier!
