Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is required to promote calcium absorption, which helps to maintain healthy bones and teeth. I was looking for a vitamin d3 without lanolin and seen that in all the ingredients that there was no mention of lanolin so i bought some now i received a email from solgar telling me there lanolin in it.

Vitamin D for a rainy climate

This form of Vitamin D is new to me but it seems to be exceptional in a couple of ways. Economically it is first-rate because there is almost a year's supply (250) in one bottle.The calcium boost is significant and makes me feel better than I have in years.

Great product

Vitamin D3 is found to be very important to our well being, and I really like the Solgar brand; there are many others out there, but Solgar is perceived to be a very good product brand, and I like the fact that it is in a glass bottle. And, it is the right type of D3.

BEST Vitamin D

Great deal, great product. Easy to take and can raise or lower daily dose during winter/summer. I always keep it on hand. Remember to always take D with a meal with fat for absorption.
