Q: What’s the difference between the TL electric and the city L6? Also, if this does break down how long does it take to get someone to come out and fix it or do I have to load it up and bring it somewhere thank you.

  • A: Mansy Our Carbon TL Treadmill is larger and does not fold down like the L6 unit. The Carbon TL has speed options from 0-10 MPH and incline options from 0-10%. Our L6 has speed ranges from 0-8 MPH and the incline cannot be adjusted. If you experience problems with you machine, you can contact our Member Care team who will assist with your unit.     Great Treadmill!

    I received the Carbon TL treadmill a few weeks ago, and I’m extremely happy with it. It arrived well-packaged, and assembly was surprisingly easy. The treadmill itself feels sturdy and smooth, and I really appreciate how quiet it is, even when running. It’s compact enough to fit in a spare bedroom, but still feels like a full-size treadmill. The cushioned deck is gentle on my knees, and the built-in workouts help keep things interesting. Great quality for the price, and perfect for staying active without leaving the house. I also enjoy the iFIT app to enhance my workouts. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid home treadmill! This is an incentivized review.     This Treadmill Fits My Life Perfectly

    As a mom of three with a very full schedule, I never thought I’d find time to consistently move my body—but this treadmill made it possible. I love that it’s not overly complicated. No fiddling with a bunch of settings or trying to figure out tech—just hop on and go. I use it at random times throughout the day when I get a free window, whether that’s 6 a.m. or 8 p.m., and it’s so convenient. The incline feature gives me the option to push myself a little more when I want to. I also appreciate how smooth and quiet it is, especially with kids in the house.
