I do strength training a few times a week and use the Carbon TL for cardio days in between. I’ll usually warm up with a 5-minute brisk walk, then alternate between 2-minute jogs and 1-minute sprints. The treadmill handles these transitions smoothly. It also holds up really well under frequent use—I’ve used it about 3 days a week since it arrived. I like the simple layout—just plug it in, hop on, and go. No unnecessary apps or logins unless I want them. The shock absorption is decent, and my joints definitely notice the difference compared to running outside. I didn’t expect to like it this much, but it’s been a great addition to my home gym. This is an incentivized review.

As someone who primarily uses treadmills for interval workouts, I’ve been really impressed with how the Carbon TL handles quick transitions. The controls are responsive, and I’m able to switch speeds and inclines without much lag. I do a lot of 30-second sprints followed by 1-minute walks, and it’s been consistent and smooth every time. I also appreciate the cushioning—it’s helped reduce the stress on my knees, especially since I run 5–6 times per week. I’m 22 and live in a small apartment, so noise and size were concerns. This treadmill has a surprisingly compact profile and folds up pretty neatly. It’s not silent, but it's quiet enough that I can run while my roommate’s on a call. I haven’t used iFIT much yet, but the workouts i do are solid for now. Overall, great value for the performance. This is an incentivized review.

Bought this treadmill about a year ago and we use it 3-4 times a week for runs ranging from 5k to Marathon training runs (18-20). It is built really sturdy and doesn't shake like a previous treadmill we had when you are running at a higher speed. It was very affordable and we like that it folds up. I also love the device shelf and we use that to watch shows during longer runs, if you are running at higher speeds sometimes the device will shake on that shelf, but usually repositioning helps. We have an iFIT account and my husband uses that quite frequently, if you haven't tried the Tommy Rivs workouts, you should!
