PAC-MAN WORLD 2 Re-PAC - Nintendo Switch 2

I bought this game from target online for a Christmas present, the person I bought it for didn't have the nintendo switch 2 they have just a nintendo switch so I tried to put in for a refund for this game, I was told that it had past the deadline for a return, I told them that I Christmas shop early and didn't know I had got the wrong game as a present they again told me that the return time had past I told them that if I didn't get a refund that I would no longer do my Christmas shopping at target they said wait let me get you a person higher up maybe they can help you, so I chatted with this person they said that they would email me a return slip and that they could only email me a target gift card with the refund money I said ok, they sent the shipping slip for me to print out I printed it and mailed the package after awhile had past I contacted target again to see if they received my return I was told they couldn't find the return that it was past the return date I said you sent me a return slip I mailed the game back to you, this came from target I gave no email address because target has all of my information, they said they would have somebody look into this for me and get back to me, well a couple of days ago they replied said they were sorry they couldn't help me , they said the package was delivered to a different address not affiliated with target,and there was nothing they could do, now they knew how to find out where the package was, the return slip came from the target online store, i gave them no information or the return label because I had mailed it, nor did I give them my email address, looks like to me they just didn't want to give me a refund so I am out the cost of a game, a Christmas present, and that isn't right but that is alright they have lost my future business with their stores not just online but retail stores too, I just wanted to write this review to warn the other customers be careful you may lose money too.

the packaging good and the shipping was good and the game worked perfectly fine I have fun with Pac-Man world 2 re-pac
