It's a really nice controller, but the first one I bought had dpad issues. It felt like the entire dpad itself was misaligned inside the controller. There was a slight wobble when pushing or rolling my thumb up and down on it. There were sensitivity issues because of this. Occasionally a right press would trigger a down press. I'm glad I returned it and got another. With the replacement, the dpad feels far more secure. Unsure if this will eventually have issues as well, but for now it's working properly. For around $90 these issues should not occur. Great controller when functioning as it should. After all the sensitivity issues with the dpad on the switch 1 pro controller, the bugs should've been worked at this point

Really amazing controller the new back buttons can be mapped on almost any game and the new rumble is great. Also the accent colors and the lights being on the top make the controller more aesthetically pleasing. Another thing, they added foam inserts to the thumb stick internals so the sticks are super smooth.

I bought two of these but then saw that they were cheaper elsewhere. I went to return them online and it wasn’t allowing me. I called and they told me it had to be returned in store only. I had to look deep into the listing in the fine print that said in store only returns.

whoever decided to ship these preordered items AFTER release should be fired. I ordered two of these, one came in 06/11, another is still tracked as "ups waiting to recieve item" since 06/05. target customer service says its just delayed in tracking. do they hire people that can read??? then the customer service online chat says they can't process and resolution and needs me to call instead. like what? then why even offer online chat?!?! abysmal SOP's they have here in target hq. the funniest part is, if I order another one now, it is estimated to come in one day because it is in stock and ready to ship. yet customer service insists they are delayed due to backlog. pick one script. sticking to other big brand retailers from now on.

Holy wow, the pro controller for switch 2 is something else. Super light weight, more ergonomic, and way more compact than the switch 1 pro controller. Plus this one works fully with switch 2. Where switch 1 pro controller does not sleep/wake the console or have game share chat icon.
