Purdy Revolution Regular Paint Roller Frame Threaded End

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once we used this 18” roller to do the walls and ceilings on our projects, we never want to to back to a traditional roller. It is so much faster and one of my favorite parts is the frame comes out in both sides of the roller pad. So no more ubalanced pressure that leaves lines in the walls. It is most definitely worth the price and will pay for itself fast. I even made an Instagram video over this because of how happy I was with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I instantly changed over to this model when it was debuted! The wing nuts stay tight! I wish purdy would've made it attachable to the 18 in roller bucket…I have had to install a screw on both models to hang it wet on the inside of bucket.

Love the 18” roller and frame. Helps get the job done faster. I looked at the HD competitor product and it’s inferior in how the frame secures to the roller ends. Honestly HD should change their roller to fit this frame since it’s better

After fully closing there is still 1/2 play so roller is not “firmly” secured. Why does the package say firmly secured all 18 in rollers if they only fit Purdy sleeves. Very upset and will return it tomorrow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans easier than most frames. Keeps caps from falling out of sleeves, still needs work. Wing nuts stay tight. This is the better of the frames I own / use.

I love most purdy products but this frame has 2 major design flaws that cost painters time and energy. The frame drips paint and over time the frame adjustments loosen up. I've come up with a way to fix both of these issues and possibly lead to a line of "minimal clean up" painters tools. I'd like to talk to someone about selling these ideas.

Bought this thing. 30 miles from job and it won’t adjust to get the 18” roller on the plastic bearing point. Adjusted all the way in 3/8” to long. Took it apart and hack sawed 1/2 off of extruded alum and elongated the slot lengths the same. Works perfect. I measured the roller 18” exact. My question is what the heck? These things are not cheap and I expect it to work! Not happy….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like this roller holder. However I am not sure I noticed a difference between this one and the less expensive ones. It did not seem to roll or work any different. It was easier to change the roller out which was convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Revolution™ 18" Fixed Frame was exactly what I needed for painting my large rooms and my basement , It saved me alot of time from using using the smaller brush roller , It was easy to learn to use , It was easy to load , and easy to unload for cleaning, The overall paint looked good on my walls ,Very strong arms , You don't have to worry about it coming loose until you release it
